I place three separate orders with TC. One of those orders was lost in the mail and TC’s customer service got the issued sorted immediately with a replacement order express shipped next day and arrived a day later. My other orders arrived timely, as described, and with great packaging.

Great people and I would recommend shopping with them to anyone.

I buy all my BulkBox from Team Covenant, best TCG storage on the market, and I discovered Sorcery Contested Realm because of Team Covenant. They also have nice exclusive physical promos when buying booster boxes.

They always have treated me kindly helping supply me with games, and letting me watch them play to get a feel for a game before I spend money on it.

Ordered multiple times from Team Covenant and emailed them a few times regarding questions and everyone they have responded in a prompt, professional and courtesy manner. I received my items in a timely fashion and packaged perfectly. I will continue to shop with Team Covenant and look forward to ordering from them again.

I've been using Team Covenant for their subscription services for the better part of a decade now and I can count on one hand the number of times I experienced any individual issues. When I've been affected by more widespread issues, Team Covenant's response has always been timely, considerate, and centered on the customer. When I've run into any individual issues, Team Covenant's support staff has been responsive and personal, always looking to help in whatever way they're able. I wouldn't choose any other vendor for any of the products that Team Covenant provides, regardless of pricing, strictly for the feeling that I am getting white glove service every time.

Ordered their Arkham Horror and Marvel Champions tokens years ago. Really high quality (especially the Arkham ones). I got regular shipping updates (which was useful as based in UK). Despite shipping overseas, the tokens came swiftly and still hold up to this day despite constant use.

Introduced me to all my favorite games from netrunner to now! The tokens were particularly my favorite purchase of all time.

The care that team covenant puts into their product and service offerings is literally off the charts. I can't think of a single retailer that is more genuine.

I know it's a job for them, but you can feel the passion. Even little things like packaging or delivering news outside of their control are thoughtfully handled.

And on top of all the boring stuff, the completely FREE content they produce is second to none in this space.

I previously had a subscription with Team covenant for the netrunner data packs. They delivered fast and on schedule just as promised. Until fantasy flight shut down the game which is no fault of Team covenant. I have made single purchases from Team covenant over the last several years and have been very pleased with their service, responsiveness to my questions, and always fast delivery! Fast delivery! Now. I have a new earthborne rangers subscription with them and their transparency and constant improvement of their process make me a customer for life!

I typically get everything through other online retailers. Tried Team Covenant off a friend's recommendation as the other sites were out of stock. No issues, got the product I wanted as soon as it released!

Ordered a product that is hard to find in my country(and some accessories), to be delivered to a US address for me to pick up on a work trip. Evan went above and beyond to give me options and info to make sure it got to me in time. Will be ordering more when in the US for my next trip in May.

Customer service was rude and dismissive when I was trying to help them fix an error that they made. After canceling my order several times, each time keeping a "restocking" fee. I called them out for charging me a fee for their error only to get all my subscriptions canceled and blacklisted.
