Sun loungers are amazing, well made,got extra covers with them, so I can have grey or cream, very comfortable, little cabinet great too, plenty of room inside to store things , waterproof covers fit perfect, very happy with my product, highly recommended if buying loungers, easy to fix together too , didn't take me long

I ordered through Tesco Marketplace, the tracking ended on Wednesday 27th May at 10:34 when the parcel was released by UK Customs, where this is a delay but I have been promised that it will arrive in good time. Archie has been very helpful and I look forward to receiving the new fly screen door very soon.

ordered via Tesco marketplace, the tracking link wasn't updated for days and when i was at home shows as not delivered because nobody was there. I didn't get nay call or email notifications saying out for delivery or a time slot. No note and no option to schedule suitable date. where is my order and nobody replaying on emails and phones are busy, absolutely disgusting customer service, no contact whatsoever. I haven't received anything and i cant see an option to cancel and get a refund.

Ordered thought Tesco marketplace, order not received tracked to released by customs but now nothing, tried to phone lines not working emailed no response had a look on truspilot only to see I am not the only one with the same problem. Have now asked that my card company take back my money. Something really wrong with this company

I placed my order 13 days ago and was told it takes 2-5 days for delivery on the website. The tracking info hasn't been updated for 10 days and it still shows my order as being in Germany. I have sent emails to tectake and tried to call, but their phones do not work. I left a negative review on their Google page and they responded straight away, how convenient They did end up responding to my email, but gave no indication as to when I would receive my order, they just said that they would contact the courier. After seeing this many bad reviews in the past few days, it's obvious something is going on with this company. I now have to try and chase them for a refund.

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT order through this company. I have been trying for days to contact them, emails and calls and no body answers. Ordered garden furniture and only received 1 parcel. Tracking hasn't moved for days and no one will reply. Phoneline goes straight to voicemail constantly. Spent £350 and dont have the product or the money back.

tried to call multiple times a range of automated messages, no customer service team available, phone lines unavailable, and phone lines closed.

Only got a response once I added my last trustpilot review! I’ve asked several times for a refund due to the goods not arriving and continue to be ignored.

Phone lines don’t work and no email communication in 3 weeks other than half an hour after I put up a review and even then, I still haven’t had my refund request acknowledged.

Still waiting for the purchase to arrive!
No response to a message sent asking why they have been in a warehouse for several days.

Decent build quality and very light construction for transportation.

You are asking me for a review, but I haven’t received my order yet! And the tracking number is not being updated since 21st of May. I contacted your head office, but Iveta was not helpful at all and she did not follow up on my undelivered order.

Terrible. It stated 3-5 days delivery and I’m still waiting 2 weeks later with hardly any update and it still saying the package is in Germany. I asked to cancel and was told no , not until the goods got to me and I would need to tell the courier to return when I don’t know when that will be. The set was £160 so lot cheap. Not impressed at all.

I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered dining chairs over two weeks ago and have still not received them.

The biggest issue has been communication. I sent several emails and only received one reply after a number of days. Getting updates on my order has been very difficult, and I have been left without clear information about where my parcel is or when it will arrive.

I understand that delivery delays can happen, but better communication and customer support would have made the situation much less frustrating.

At the moment, I am still waiting for my package and hoping to receive my dining chairs soon.

Ordered garden chairs through TESCO on 18th May, delivery was expected between 21st and 22nd May. Its 30th today and despite sending emails (as noone answers their phone) - absolutely nothing. No response at all and no chairs. GLS delivery company kept saying on their tracker that they are in Germany. Now, Tesco has put the items as DELIVERED when I've received nothing! Shame on TESCO for using companies like this.

Haven’t received anything yet after 2 weeks. Tracking communication not much help either.

Poor communication. Order supposed to arrive 3 to 5 days. It’s been a week since ordered and parcel is stuck somewhere without any update for last 2 days.

Even though it took over 2 weeks to arrive,very easy to put together and looks fab extremely happy

I placed an order on the 17th May , I received part of my order and waited for the second part to arrive. I contacted the customer services team and was told it is in transit however looking at the tracking system the parcel is showing as still being in Germany. I have sent 2 further emails with no response and their telephone lines are also not working. I have no way of knowing whether the second part of order will arrive and cannot use the sunbeds I ordered as half of them are in the second package. Very poor customer service
