Wanted to purchase from uk or European country. Built in Germany is usually a guarantee of quality, but my suitcase cracked right across one of the unprotected corners on its very first use. Undoubtedly the handling was responsible but had hoped that the design / robustness would have stood up to this. TecTake customer support did not help any further as the guarantee had expired - making it 6 months or less. Disappointed ☹️

Absolute shambles of a place i ordered a shad sale on the 18th of may have not received my goods have sent email after email and had no response cant track my parcel can't get hold of them by phone all I want is a refund and will definitely not order from here again

Ive now edited this as I did order on 20th may and parcel did turn up eventually on 4th June and I am happy with the table. I did keep chasing parcel tracker which again never changed then al sudden I was bombarded with them so defo no 3-5 day delivery more 2 weeks

I’ve give u 2 stars because u have till tomorrow if not will do another review with 1 star , I’ve emailed 2 times now , I’m ment to be having table delivered 27-29th yes that’s tomoz but on tracking my parcel hasn’t moved since 22nd May and I don’t even know where it is I want someone to contact me please

I have been waiting for a delivery since 16th May. Tracking info abysmal. I know delivery cleared UK customs on 20 th.Where no idea. When expect delivery .No idea. Will be away in two days time. What happens then . No idea.
Based on this experience would never ever order again. Will post again, when/if items finally arrive

Ive had garden furniture delivered. On setting it up I came to realise there were loads missing Turns 1 one of 4 packages was missing and it now seems impossible to get hold of anyone ..I've requested a refund witch I got a reply to but nothing since as I said if the situation could be resolved I be happy to cancel refund my house is full of boxes I can't move and can't dispose of them and to add insult they said if furniture has been used they won't refund well we made up the part we could and have been using as thought we would easily get the other box sent but nothing at all just half furniture down and £487.00 down

Good service, but the box arrived damaged but contents looks fine. Well made components & I am looking forward to fitting the screen once my new door has been fitted.
TecTake Ltd have been very helpful checking i had all the components when I let them know about the damaged box.

Can be cut and fitted by anyone with basic DIY . The instructions could be clearer ; a larger font would help as would a fuller text to accompany the illustrations.
Good product, delivered in time promised. I would buy again.

Haven’t received my order and cannot contact by phone. No tracking updates. Have waited in all day. No reply to emails. Useless

Good communication and great trolley

We placed order number UK-2010031268 with an advertised delivery time of 3–5 business days. After waiting, we received an email claiming that the order had been dispatched and providing a GLS tracking number. However, according to the GLS tracking information, the parcel has not even been collected from you.
We contacted TecTake directly about this issue and have received no response.
At this point, we have no idea where our order is or whether it has actually been shipped at all.

My order was supposed to arrive between 20th & 22nd May. As i wanted my item for this weekend. The delivery tracker states nothing as been handed to the delivery company. I have emailed TecTake with no response. I have phoned but there is a message stating noone is available to take calls. I understand delays can happen but the company should email you stating there is going to be a delay. Terrible customer service and wont buy from them again.
