Got a new personal laptop and loving it! Had it for a while and no problems. When i got it, it was updated to 8.1. i did have to remove there account info but wasn't to hard. I would buy from again!

Ordered a Bluetooth speaker on Tuesday evening, item shipped the next day, and was to my house by Friday afternoon. Pricing was very reasonable, and the speaker works great! No surprises, and no fuss. This is certainly how an online company should work!

I ordered a video game late one weekend night & absent-mindedly submitted my order as pick up instead of shipping. I sent them an email explaining my mistake and I received reply the next morning. Despite my mistake at check-out and the fact that I didn't have a PayPal account to pay for the shipping, they VERY graciously covered the shipping, promptly processed and shipped the order. Because of their excellent customer service and quality products, The Open Box has now made me a lifelong customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I have been friends with the owners of this business for over 10 years and have also purchased things from them. Always great quality stuff but even more important the owners are great people; trustworthy, hard working, friendly, honest and dependable.

This places is amazing. No, it's better than amazing! Their prices are the lowest I have ever seen and their service ROCKS! I was looking for something that they didn't have in the store and they went out of their way to order it for me. I couldn't believe how wonderful their service was. More places should be like this.
