Got sent a note saying the garage had "recommened" a bulb change at £25, which of course i declined.

When i got to the garage they said the bulb was a MOT failure, so not a recommendation, a must & was £10.

They where shocked to hear to coms i got from the AA.

As they had already completed the work & passed the MOT, i paid them direct.

Awful experience van went for mot and it took 8 days to fix a few bulbs and a mirror awful service customer service was terrible she had no idea what was going on and I don’t think she knew her arse from her elbow

The mechanic, Jay, was great (when he arrived). He phoned me to say he was outside my house, but he wasn't. Your office had given him our house name, but a Bristol postcode - Hartcliffe Way. Butcombe is a small village about 14 miles south of Bristol. However he found as as quickly as he could, following satnav, as he is not from this area.

I had the discs and pads replaced on my Audi Q3. The price was really competitive and the mobile mechanic was fantastic. OEM parts were used and advice given about the bedding process. Great service. One happy bunny. Thank you.

It was convenient to have it at home.

Was much later than texted, blamed the company for that. Said he lived in Swadlincote but had to go to Burton to collect his tools before coming to Ashby which didn't make any sense. Spent a lot of time sitting in his cab. Spent less than an hour at my house when I was told it would take up to two hours. Didn't even switch the engine on. Didnt see him check the tyres.

Arrived 10mins before my booked appointment to be told that i had been advised by smart care that they had given me the wrong time and i would have to wait 2 hours until they could see the car. It wasnt worth going home due to the distance involved, so i ended up in a cafe for 1.45hrs before going back. Luckily it didnt mess up any other business i had that day. The garage advised me that i wasnt the first that this had happened to using smart care.Would i use it again - probably not as i could not rely on it.

Easy to book. Dropped at garage. Guy said would phone me when job completed. Only been home 20 mins when got call. If garage would have said job would only take 20 mins would have waited. Otherwise all good.
