We have just had Venetian blinds fitted in all of our rooms. Neil and Emma were very friendly and helpful, from start to finish. They provided a quick and efficient service, at a very reasonable price. Neil came to fit the blinds the other day, and we are highly delighted with how they look. We can definitely recommend The Blind Factory.

The Blind Factory has undertaken numerous provision and fittings over the last year. Their representatives via e mail or onsite have always been professional and courteous.

Neil and Emma were extremally helpful and professional and we have been left with some quality blinds. The price was fair and they managed to fit us in sooner than expected which was really appreciated. I'd recommend them to anyone looking at replacing or getting new blinds fitted and will definitely be using them in the future!!!!

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the Blind Factory last summer, who helped us to sort out a new set of Venetian blinds for a front room's bay window. We wanted blinds with an authentic wood finish that would compliment an oak floor, but this proved to be quite difficult: after ordering samples from the big online companies, we found the wood effect on their product looked fake and cheap. I contacted a few competitors in the West Yorkshire area but they couldn't accommodate what we had in mind. We were on the verge of settling for a cheap set of white ones that would have done the job, but I gave the Blind Company a call and the first conversation with Emma was really encouraging: she listened to our needs and tried to understand the look we were going for. She asked us to come in to check out what they had: I don't really know that much about the trade but the Blind Factory orders from manufacturers, which gives them a very wide range of products on offer. They also know what they are talking about, so if you are like me and have something specific in mind but don't know how to go about finding it, then they will be able to help.

So they had exactly what we wanted, and the order came with professional fitting from Neil (lovely bloke) - we were out of the country when they could be done but we gave them a key and the job was finished ready for when we came back. They looked great, but unfortunately there was a fault with the blinds that we didn't notice - they ordered a replacement set without us asking and came by to fit them shortly afterwards: this left us very impressed with the care and attention to detail they take over their work.

So yes the blinds look amazing and we regularly get compliments on them. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the Blind Factory, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If you have a very specific idea of what you want then I would strongly recommend their services because they really listen to you and try to accommodate your needs - the price is also incredibly reasonable given the level of service. Now we have a set of blinds that complete the room and make it look really amazing, thanks Emma and Neil!

Emma and Neil provide fantastic customer service.
I first used The Blind Factory in 2016 and they fitted a range of Velux, Perfect Fit and roller blinds to my property. I have just used them again for a number of Perfect Fit blinds and both times I have found them to be quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Installation incredibly neat and all packaging taken away. Super service!

Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end, Emma and Neil are both friendly and very informative and able to offer various options tailored to your needs. would highly recommend . My blinds are fantastic and give the finishing touch to my room.

Had some vertical blinds fitted to my apartment by Neil who did a great job, so later I ordered some Roman blinds for another room and he did another great job. Not only that, but Emma and Neil are both friendly, helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Happy to recommend.

Spoke to both Emma and Neil at their factory shop and over the phone, both were informative and friendly - suggesting various ideas and alternatives for me and what i needed. They were happy to write me up estimated costs for various blinds for all my windows and despite me ending up going for a cheaper option and buying fewer blinds, they were still as helpful and willing to take on my job.

Enjoyed talking to both Emma and Neil, both really nice people who are knowledgeable about their Trade.

Ordered 6 wooded blinds form the Blind Factory Leeds (supply only), they look fantastic. Excellent service and advice. There is a huge range to choose from and staff were very helpful. I shopped around and found their prices significantly better than local competition.
I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to in this instance. I would definitely recommend.
