I’ve just had my 10 year old wooden slat blinds re strung by Neil. I cannot thank Emma and Neil enough for such a wonderful job. My blinds are like brand new. Not expensive at all and saved from landfill - fabulous job and would highly recommend them.

We have just moved into our flat, with windows on two sides of the lounge. We contacted The Blind Factory and Neil measured up the 9 blinds for the lounge and two bedrooms. He advised us on the best choice of fabric and colour. A few weeks later, Neil returned and fitted the blinds quickly and professionally. They look great and do exactly what they need to do. just had the blinds fitted that we ordered a couple of weeks ago.
I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the service we have had from the Blind factory. from the first meeting with Neil, who came to measure up, to working with Emma around the appointments and paying the deposit.
fitting day was great, quick, clean and all tidied away. Neil fitted 2 blinds in under an hour.
i would reccomend this company to anyone looking to replace their existing blinds.

Just want to say thank you very much for the service. After using a previous company who had blinds hanging very poorly to my window frame and refusing to change them, The Leeds Blind Factory were great at providing ones that fitted perfectly. Neil was great on the installation, very friendly and talked through how to use the blinds correctly - Emma answered all my questions and provided great advice on the size of tape that would be most appropriate for my style of windows. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the first initial enquiry to the fitting they were totally professional. The quality of the blind is excellent and the price, well lets put it this way I thought there was a nought missing when I got the quote as we’ve used a different company in the past who were so much more expensive. Both Emma and Neil are polite and friendly. Neil came to do the measure up and fit during the Covid pandemic and he wore a face mask and sanitised his hands without being asked to do so. He also wore covers on his feet to protect our carpets from any dirt from outside. Totally totally professional. Will definitely use The Blind Factory Leeds again. Thank you

Very disappointed with the poor customer service received from Emma. Having made an appointment three weeks ago, she rang us 30 minutes before our appointment time, to cancel as she was working from home today to wait in for a delivery and had only just looked in the diary and seen our appointment. Luckily we managed at very short notice to contact another company who did want our business and we were able to put in an order for new blinds for three large windows.

Many thanks to Emma and co, you had previously done our blinds and had been recommended you through a friend. So glad we chose this company, great service and very Hubble people from start to finish. Never had any issues answering questions etc. Highly recommend them, great prices and genuinely lovely company. Thank you for the blinds, they compliment and go with our aesthetics for the rest of the house!
