I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service and the quality of the casket. We had chosen a cardboard one so that we could decorate it and make it truly personal. It was a lovely experience to come together as a group of old friends to create something colourful and individual. The cardboard coffin was good quality and the funeral directors were happy to use it.

My mother wanted a natural casket for…
My mother wanted a natural casket for her husband and our dad. We chose Willow as they were made in England and we chose the Hicksted as it looked so solid and dependable like a proper picnic basket. It was delivered directly to our undertaker in very good time. We have kept the name plate we ordered in wood and are putting it in the garden with his favourite rose. The people at Willow were kind and helpful. Thank you b
