The ease of ordering and the quality of the products is amazing! Some of the best boards we have seen and the designs are stunning and unique. Plus all the extras make it so worthwhile and we will definitely stand out when on the boards! We did have an issue with delivery - which was totally not tidal raves fault - and they sent a replacement board within 24hours. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. I will not let the issues of the delivery company put me off and will be ordering from here again.

What a great company and what a fantastic product. Age 67 with widespread arthritis but an extremely determined attitude , I was desperate to try paddleboarding and wanted to buy my own. I was immediately drawn to this company primarily because of the fantastic package ie all that came with the paddleboard ,which was incredible for the price. In particular, I wanted the option of a kayak seat which is included with a Tidal Rave paddleboard. The absolutely stunning designs on the paddleboards was also a very significant factor that influenced my choice. I got exactly the design I wanted and I love it --- Neon Oceana ,which has already attracted lots of positive comments. The paddleboard arrived a few days after ordering in exactly the time slot indicated. The quality of the paddleboard and all the equipment it came with,is outstanding. On the water ,the paddleboard is great--- very stable and easy for a complete novice to use . As for paddlboarding itself, I absolutely love it and am very proud of the progress I have made so far. I look forward to lots of paddlboarding adventures in the future. I highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again. Elizabeth March

Start with the positive. The paddleboard bag looks as though it'll serve its intended purpose but that's about it. It does however look like someone got a pritt stick and stuck the R on the front, I can't imagine that it'll stay there for long.

Why am I upset? As others have expressed, I was offered next day delivery and didn't get this service. It was the only reason I purchased this bag as I needed it quickly. I sent a message expressing my disappointment and that I might wish to return it on arrival and have not received a reply over 2 week later.

Essentially they broke their contract with the customer (failed delivery on the agreed date) and are violating my consumer rights by denying a return.

I do not trust this company. I would not shop with them again. 13% 1 star reviews says it all.

We have been going to the restaurant for over 10 years and previously never been disappointed. This time the drinks were skimpy, the friendly waiter never refilled our water. Although the food was good, when coming back to get our food box we had forgotten a minute ago, they had immediately thrown it out. No apologies were offered.

I bought some of the ACRYLIC - 10’6 Inflatable Paddle Boards for paddleboard sessions. They've been running since June and the boards are so durable. They hold their pressure incredibly, the pack down very neatly and the staff at Tidal Rave were really helpful with some replacement fins we needed too. Will definitely be using again for future SUP needs.

My board developed a fault and customer services couldn’t have been more helpful, the phone lines are now active,and harmony is restored!

Ordered on 1st August for next day delivery. I didn’t expect next day as it was ordered on a Friday, however it didn’t arrive until 7th August. Upon arrival, I opened and inflated the board. There were numerous bubbles around the rail so I emailed both Tidal Rave and Hot Snap with photos to clarify whether the board was faulty before I using it. The email automated response said that there would be a reply within 24 hours, 3 days later and I am still waiting for a response. I bought the board specifically for my holiday, however I go in 2 days so I’m not expecting the issue to be resolved before then. This now leaves me without a board for my holiday. It’s a beautiful board but I wish I’d have trusted my gut feeling about the company, based on the reviews and experiences on social media.

First of all..Wow! I was very apprehensive about buying a Tidal Rave SUP. I saw them last year, but was put off by delivery issues and missing parts reviews, but looking around elsewhere there was nothing and I mean nothing anywhere near a substitute but there was plenty of good reviews too. So I bit the bullet and bought the 10' 6 neon infinity and launched on our Wimbleball lake Exmoor. What a beautiful board, absolutely perfect in every way, lots of lovely comments, and a great session..next week my son wants to try SUP, and a trip out with friends. Can wait to get her on our canals. Thank you Tidal Rave you've made me very happy 😊 Moi

We ordered 3 paddle boards in total had a few minor issues with a leg strap the company where quick to resolve our issues sending out replacement we absolutely love them and people where complimenting on the look of them we had the best time going down the river would highly recommend the company and the quality of the boards we will soon be ordering another board we are all hooked thanks again

Fast delivery, quality product far better then other ones on the market, love it and can’t wait to get back out on it.

Spoke to Ellie this week with regards to a minor query I had re my order and she couldn’t have been more helpful . She provided super efficient service & within just over 24 hours of liaising with her my paddle board is with me , tucked up in my boot and ready to go on an adventure

I love the board and everything that comes with it, I had an amazing paddle at the weekend. The only downside was that the paddle itself needs tightening and I didn’t have a screwdriver handy to do so. When extended to desired length, and I used it in the water it would just fall all the way back down to minimum length and handle kept spinning making the experience less enjoyable when stood on the board, especially as a beginner

I didnt have the best experience to start with especially with being ignored until I got paypal involved but after I did Ellie was quick to sort it and then I recieved an email from mandy who was more than helpful and sent out a lovely gift to say sorry for the inconvenience.i will say the board is lovely and I would purchase from them again!only issue was the lack of communication at the start but after I spoke with mandy this was sorted!fantastic board and accessories and for mandy being so polite and understanding and ofcourse generous this is why I changed my review.again maybe a little look at communication but the quality is unreal!thank you again mandy

Unable to get through on the phone. They do not reply within 48hours. I would not recommend this company. Next day delivery?. Its been 5 days now and still nothing. Proper annoyed about this. Customer service is.something else, because there isnt any at all!

Offered me 30% off the paddle board I bought, for bad service, then said it was a different manager and I couldn’t have a discount! Not any customer service which is why I can’t trust using the new paddle board, If it goes wrong Tidal rave don’t answer phone calls or emails. Who do I call if there’s a problem?

I ordered my paddle board 6th July and still haven't received it I've emailed them 9 times no reply and I've rang them and they won't answer the phone!!! So they've took my money so the ceo can drive around in his lambogene!¡ while us have been scammed trading standards here I come and bbc watchdog ###

I bought this board for my foster child’s birthday ! It was meant to be next day delivery they took the money and haven’t heard from them since and it’s been a week with no communication ! Tried phoning, emailing and on Facebook! Eventually I PM’d on Facebook got a message asking the order number they would look into it ! I thought great then ghosted me since !
It’s so frustrating as this is the only thing my foster child asked for and now I’m going to have to let her down just like everyone else has ! So disappointed 😡

Absolutely fantastic
I bought Tropica paddle board from Rave, and I must admit - it looks even better than on pictures !! It's eye catching, looks great on my social reels, feels solid and well built, and I'm having lots of fun with it. I definitely recommend. Best looking paddle boards on the market and reasonable price.

The paddle board I got is beautiful and excellent quality. However there was something missing from my order and over 6 weeks later despite contacting them through their website, on their social media and by phone I’ve had no response. Whilst the item isn’t critical for me to enjoy my board I’m not impressed so now writing a review here.

No response, no shipping of my order. It's been over a month without contact. No response to refund request. Absolute waste of time and money.
