I even want one for my daughter but unfortunately the one she wants is out of stock, emailed to see when the new stock in the communication was quick and they got back to me within a few day,
Customer service is terrible
The boards are great when you receive them, just hope you don't have any issues as customer service is shocking, you just get ignored! Also don't get your hopes up for their next day delivery claims.
No customer service at all. Cannot recommend
Me and my wife ordered two paddle boards and matching buoyancy aids which were all delivered, unfortunately one of the paddle boards was delivered wrong, we have tried to contact them repeatedly via their phone number and email which we have had no answer to. To the point where we are taking this further as paying a fair amount for an item you expect and not receiving it is not acceptable at all.
We are extremely disappointed as the boards look fantastic but you need to have some for of customer service no matter what business you are running which these guys most definitely do not have!

Absolutely disgusting service. I don’t recommend them at all. Received half an order when I paid for the full package of everything. Reported it back to Ellie who apparently works for the company basically started out ok reported the parcel was delivered but had been resealed at some point throughout its journey with dx. I sent photos and Ellie said she would chase this with Dx, I asked for a reply and got told Dx had no further information or delivery details. I opened the box to find the main board was missing from my order. Ellie then replied I’ll get a replacement sent out over a week ago and had now gone quiet no response at all won’t even pick up the phone. Taken my money and refused to help basically.

I really wouldn't buy from tidalravesports.com as their service is absolutely rubbish. No one is answering the phone, and after 30 minutes, it hangs up. I have emailed, and they haven't replied at all. I have messaged them on Instagram, and they take over a week to reply. All I want to do is return my product due to it not arriving on time, as they state they do next-day delivery! They have sent me the address but not explained which company to use to send it back as I shouldn't have to pay for this!!

I really wanted to love this…
I really wanted to love this paddleboard because the design looks fantastic and it performs well on the water. It's stable, easy to paddle, and gives confidence whether you're a beginner or a more experienced paddler.
Unfortunately, my experience with the quality has been disappointing. After only a few uses, I noticed hairline cracks appearing in the acrylic finish when the board was inflated. While these appear to be cosmetic rather than structural, they are not something I would expect to see on a relatively new board.
I have also had issues with the accessories. The metal clasp on the board's carry strap snapped while carrying the inflated board as intended, and the clasp on the kayak seat has also caused problems. These issues have left me questioning the overall quality and durability of the product.
My biggest disappointment has been the customer service. Communication has been slow, and it has been difficult to get timely responses regarding the problems I've experienced. When customers invest a significant amount of money in a paddleboard, they need confidence that any issues will be dealt with quickly and professionally.
It's a shame because the board itself looks great and is enjoyable to use on the water. However, based on my experience with the quality issues and after-sales support, I cannot currently recommend it without reservations.

Terrible customer service, false advertising of next day delivery!
Bad customer service- only sent an automated reply to my multiple emails and enquiries, will say next day shipping but took 6 days, sold paddle boards they didn't have in stock and then had to back order- even though this wasn't stated online. Causing further delays, and then still only sent for standard delivery after they were already late due to incompetence and bad stock control.
Paddle board arrives with a scuff and marks on it.

Shocking customer service and frustrating delivery service. Would have thought twice about my purchase if I’d have known how poor both aspects really were.
Next day delivery: Try 10 days!!!
Customer service: Held in a queue for over half an hour only to be greeted by an answering service telling you to submit your query by email (Answered four days later with an automated response, shocking!! )

Absolutely terrible! Still waiting for a board I ordered in the middle of may . Rung almost everyday only to get cut off after 40 minutes . Sent over 20 emails and with no response. If there that busy then employ extra staff and stop making excuses. Even though the product is good I don’t have it but they have my money . Avoid at all cost

Ongoing poor customer service
Just a further update regarding our Board that burst when 11 momths old. No further response to email, phone calls or Facebook message.
Im going to move on and get another board from elsewhere.
As said before problems will happen but Tidal Rave do not seem interested or able to sort them.out. Its really rare I leave poor reviews but please be careful if consisering ordering.
12th June just by way of update I did finally get a response by using FB messenger. However they are not going to replace the board after examining the photos as put board bursting down to poor storage or being left in direct sunlight. Neither of those I accept. Life is too short so I'm moving on and going elsewhere for a new one.
Broken Paddleboard & rubbish customer service
I took the paddleboard my partner bought me from you guys last year, out on the river today and it had gotten a hole in the seam.. I have tried to use the repair kit given when I bought the board but as it’s still under warranty and under a year old and the hole is in the seam, I was wondering if I could get it replaced? If so, how do I go about doing this?
I have not heard back from customer service even thought I have chased them three times, I’ve even tried to call and have waited in a queue for 40 minutes before being hung up on…
Tidal rave Paddle board been on it…
Tidal rave Paddle board been on it couple of times and its got a leak in the seam. Tidal rave won’t reply to us at all… for pics and videos sent over been on the phone. Company dissolved in 2023 we bought in 2025. Shocking we have other cheaper boards that have never done this.

Late delivery, wrong items delivered. No response by email or phone, shocking company! Having to go though my credit card company to get my money back.
Purchased a board and life jacket total…
Purchased a board and life jacket total £300 . Goods were shipped by DX express . I got a tracking link on the day of the delivery . DX said items delivered however never came to my property . Tried to ring up Tidal which proved to be impossible . Emailed there support department 6 times and got zero Responce. Shocking customer service and now I find myself £300 out of pocket .
Bad customer service
The board looks amazing and feels good quality (I haven’t taken it on the water yet). But the delivery was really bad ment to be next day but took 4days and customer service was awful didn’t answer there phone just left you on hold for 30 minutes then told you to send an email and cut you off. They didn’t even reply to the email.
Haven’t received my order
Haven’t received my order. Despite emails asking where it is I haven’t received any communication. Supposed to be next day delivery. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. If they can’t fulfil the orders they shouldn’t offer next day delivery. To be sent and asked to do a trust pilot review is very annoying.
No order, terrible customer service
I purchased a vest from Tidal Rave, and while payment was taken immediately, my order has been marked as "out for delivery" since last Thursday with no sign of it arriving.
I've tried contacting customer service multiple times by email and received no response. I also called their customer service number, was left on hold for over 30 minutes, and then the call was disconnected. Further attempts to get through by phone have been unsuccessful.
After looking through other one-star reviews, it appears that many customers have experienced similar issues with delayed orders and a lack of customer support. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
