Delivery was fast and accurate. And the board is absolutely fantastic, quality and description is spot on. The board itself is perfect even on choppy sea as that's what it was like towards the end of maiden voyage. Truly a fantastic bit of kit.

I bought a Tidal rave paddleboard last year, and despite having some issues with the fin clips, I cannot recommend this company enough.
The board is a fantastic design and is really stable to use, the amount you get in their kit far surpasses every other paddleboard provider out there.
Their customer service has been second to none, even after a year they have been responsive and as helpful as they can.

Printing is poor quality and rubs off, looks nothing like the pictures. Really not happy with the money I have spent

What a fabulous paddleboard! I bought the Acrylic Infinity, not only is it pretty, it's easy to use and a tonne of fun! I'm 61, and never been on a board in my life. Great service, prompt delivery! No complaints! I highly recommend this company.

What a pleasure dealing with the good folks at tidal rave. Mandy was super efficient once I realised I had ordered the wrong size board there was no quibbles about a refund I was actually refunded in minutes after talking to Mandy. I love this product from the ordering process to the first paddle stroke.
The admiration from other boarders was evident several people asked about the board and I heard lots of wows and ooh look at that one from the busy spot I go. The construction is solid it did feel a little less stable than my old board at first but I put that down to it being so much lighter and me just getting my balance point right but once comfortable it glides even with boats going past leaving a substantial wake I felt secure on my new board.
The accessories pack is so comprehensive you will struggle to use your discount voucher in the store as pretty much everything that is there you get.
I would recommend anyone looking to buy to buy from tidal rave the designs are so vibrant and will definitely get attention can not fault the pricing actually feels like I stole it for the price paid.
I will be ordering again for my little lady as now going on daddy's board is not enough she wants her own from this brilliant company.

Dry bag was fantastic, I used it in Greece to swim beach to beach. It floats great.

purchased the tidal rave paddleboard as my first ever one. from the board to the accessories everything is of a high quality. a real head turner too. will be purchasing another 2, one for my wife and one for my wee girl

I cannot express how epic these SUPs are! The colours are incredible and just as bright in real life. My board is sturdy, well made and come with a great selection of equally high quality accessories. The bag that comes with the board is amazing, it is big enough to easily hold everything needed along with the board but also is strong with reinforced straps; I cannot see this bag tearing by the straps like many others I have see by other brands. My friend has also just ordered one as she fell in love with my board. I get so many compliments when out on it that I’m sure I will be seeing many more around.

Yes, they are relatively new to the scene. Yes, they have had some issues with stock & delivery. Yes, they are not top end boards (hence the price).

We are new to paddling, and we are super happy with our Tidal Rave boards. Great design. Build quality is what I would expect for the price. Accessories were actually better than expected, given the price point and the amount of accessories you get.

Overall, we are very happy!

Great paddle boards, we now have four. They feel great on the water and sturdy. We have three 10’6 boards and they also do a 8’6 which we got for our youngest. The designs stand out and people always comment on them. You get a lot of kit with your board which are also bright and colourful. We also have the buoyancy aids which look fab with the boards. If your reading this get one now you won’t regret it

I absolutely love my Tidal Rave ‘Oceana’ board. The design and colours are so vibrant and I always get compliments about it. The board and accessories are top quality and really good value. I’ve even bought the tidal rave waterproof speaker and the sound is great and having my tunes playing out on the water is ace. The board is stable whether I’m on a lake or out at sea. I’d definitely recommend Tidal Rave boards and accessories to everyone.

Bought a pair of paddleboards two weeks ago. Successful next-day delivery. We are very pleased with the kit, which is perfect for beginners as it contains all the bits and pieces. The artwork is fabulous - even better in real life than on screen, which is unusual. The overall design feels very well thought out.

I have been particularly impressed with the after-purchase customer service.
We found an issue with some quite deep scratches on the inner part of the paddle poles after first use. Having seen the photos, the agent is sending out replacement paddles. They are also sending a replacement waterproof phone packet after my daughter lost the little niblets that lock it shut (note for other users, they do come out and can be mislaid quite easily). A very kind gesture. Really helpful and friendly customer service agent.

What a beautiful, well designed and put together board. I chose this brand for the colours and graphic design AND the unique easy assembly of the fins due to hand arthritis. What I got was so much more thoughtful additions such as paddle holders and lots of extra clasps for bags etc. can’t wait to get out on it (once my injuries mend), Verity

I bought my SUP 2 years ago and the seal all the way round started coming away. It had only been used very lightly so I contacted customer service and they have organised for it to be collected and are sending me a new board. Brilliant straight forward customer service. So easy to deal with and was not expecting to get a replacement 2 years after originally purchased. Highly recommend Hotsnap.
