Tom trunks were absolutely amazing. Not only excellent quality products but excellent staff. Rufus was especially helpful after an address misshap and he sorted the issue within 10 minutes of me writing to them.

Great trousers and customer service. My daughter ordered these to take on her rugby residential, but due to a glitch in the checkout the order didn’t capture her address properly. I emailed to explain the urgency and Ollie and Rufus corrected the address and got the trousers sent out with expedited delivery to ensure they arrived in time. Happy mother and daughter - we will be repeat customers

Utterly appalling service. I returned a pair of shorts to exchange them for a bigger size. I received no updates about this order. I did not receive the exchanged item for 7 weeks. I did not receive any updates during this time and only because I emailed them did they respond. I threatened to take legal action as they had my money and I had no item and then the shorts were sent to me after 7 weeks. I have asked for a refund but they have ignored this request.

Aside from the products being absolutely gorgeous and made from great quality cotton - the company themselves are sterling!!!
