The trousers themselves are amazing - my daughter and I fight over them. The customer service are also outstanding. No problem too big or small. A really great company and product :)

This brand is absolutely amazing. I have only bought trousers so far but having bought my first pair around 2 weeks ago I have since repurchased another pair. I have literally barely taken them off. Super fast delivery aswell. My only wish would be more catering for shorter people! I am 5ft and have to get x small taken up but I am more than happy to do that considering the quality of these trousers. I wish they had more stock because I constantly want to buy more!!!

I placed an order to be internationally shipped which when I ordered, I knew the risk it served of potentially not arriving due to the difficulty of shipping goods between Britain and mainland Europe. Lo and behold there was a problem and the parcel ended up being shipped back to Tom’s Trunks. This wasn’t made aware to me by Royal Mail so I emailed Tom’s Trunks and they were amazing. Fast responses and helpful. Even though it was a shame my order never arrived, the fault does not lie in the company, but new Brexit laws that were stupidly voted in for and now we all have to pay the price for goods being harder to ship internationally. I have been offered a full refund including shipping. After reading some of the negative reviews that have been left about Tom’s Trunks, people seem to forget that Tom’s Trunks cannot control the hat happens to the parcel once it is handed over to Royal Mail, and if they lose your parcel, that is Royal Mail’s fault, not Tom’s Trunks. They are a great business and I will continue to buy from them.

Amazing customer service. Sent an email asking to cancel my return/exchange and everything was all sorted out within a few hours that day. Greatly appreciated. Amazing service that stands out from most companies these days and it shows that they appreciate their customers.

Absolutely brilliant customer service (shout out to Zara!). I have purchased 3 pairs of trousers and today a pair of shorts. I made a sizing error, emailed in (on a Sunday) and within minutes it was all adjusted and sorted. This kind of customer service is generally lost - well done Tom’s Trunks, it is so great buying from humans. Love your product & your customer service is 5*

Brilliant customer service! Emailed shortly after putting an order in to ask if I could pay extra to get next day delivery as we needed it quickly (instead of having to rely on Royal Mail 1-2 day delivery) and Rufus in Customer Service came back to me 5 mins later saying that whilst next day delivery wasn’t available, he’d expedited the order at the warehouse so it would go out immediately. Instead of arriving Monday, it actually did arrive on the Friday, less than 24 hours after placing my order, which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much Rufus - brilliant customer service!
