Very good customer service, garments are decently made although I did notice a couple of loose threads but I mended them myself. I've ordered a pair of shorts, and then subsequently a skirt! Will order again from them and would recommend to friends!

I ordered the product to the wrong address, and the company was able to get back to me hastily and in a very kind manner and fixing my mistake. 5 stars

Good customer service. Emailed shortly after putting an order in to ask a question, Customer Services came back to me within a few minutes. Can't say that for most companies these days!

Placed an order in the evening and realised I put the wrong address, I was panicking and emailed customer service and within 20 minutes got a response from Ollie. I placed my order at 8:30pm and was so surprised how quickly and helpfully I received a response. Ollie was so helpful and happy to help, and amended my mistake straight away. I’ve ordered from toms trunks many times and love their products and can confidently say that their customer service team is as great as their products, thank you.

I'm going to start with the fact that I absolutely love Tom's Trunks and the quality of them. I have 4 pairs and wear them all the time.
However, I feel like their sizing could be clearer/standardised and their customer service maybe a little more proactive.
I ordered trousers in XS but then read after ordering that they are 'a fresh take on the classic stripe' (in which I have an M somehow). I emailed and asked for the order to be amended (and explained why!), which they did super quickly, so definitely some points for response time. However, the trousers arrived and they're way too big, it turns out the sizing is more like the pinstripes (not like the classic stripe). XS is now sold out and they don't acknowledge that their wording and sizing is confusing so I have to pay for my own return.
I think I just would've loved it if the customer service team had pointed out I might've ordered the correct size in the first place (as I did mention my doubt).

After I mis-ordered the company quickly resolved the situation. I am well satisfied with their customer service response.

Love Toms Trunks. Great customer service and a quality product. Have bought 3 pairs of pants from them now and more will be ordered soon I'm sure. All the way from the UK to New Zealand.

Haven’t actually bought anything yet as the item we want keeps selling out! However, the communication from the customer services team is excellent. Super responsive and warm. Hopefully we’ll get our hands on a pair soon!

After making an order I wanted to change the size I’d ordered- using the email link with the order confirmation I asked if this was possible and very quickly received a response saying absolutely and they would do that immediately- this was on a Sunday morning! And what really made it for me was that Zara responding was from the “customer happiness “ team - certainly lived up to the name. Great customer satisfaction! Thank you Zara and Tom’s trunks for this 5 star experience.

Amazing company! I own 6 pairs and they are so comfortable whilst looking great. Their customer service is also exceptional- I accidentally had a typo on my delivery address and Zara replied within 15 minutes at 20:30 on a Friday evening and amended this for me! Super polite & helpful! 🌟🌟🌟

I accidentally put an old address when purchasing a pair of trousers, contacted toms trunks through their email and received a response shortly after resolving the issue! Quick reply and lovely message from Zara, would definitely recommend :)

Really fantastic experience all round!
I've visited their store and ordered online and both times the experience has been excellent. Really friendly team in the shop and Zara was very responsive to requests on the website.
The shirts are super comfortable and the trousers and shorts are great, definitely coming back for more!

Terrible shorts - sizing has changed, after one exchange customer services snd many emails, they admitted it is their fault and they can’t guarantee sizing anymore due to changes in manufacturing. A larger size now requested - third time lucky - but it’s been a month now and still not managed to get the right pair delivered. Have had to argue for free postage each time because it is their issue with sizing not my fault. Very very poor customer service. Poor quality shorts. Shame. Have always liked the company and product.
