Navy Classic Short Shorts

Sizing varies widely from the pants. Ordered my usual size small and they run much tighter. The quality is also not as nice. Reviews mention the cord coming out, which I can appreciate now that they’ve arrived.

Sadly it’s too pricey to return them given UK shipping costs.

I placed the wrong size in my order at 11pm at night and they had replied to me 10 minutes later personally saying that they had updated my order! There was a slight issue with my return/exchange order, but the entire process of getting it fixed was incredibly seamless, well communicated and just very helpful. And do I need to mention their elite catalogue of items lol.

What an absolute shambles, my daughter bought some trousers and paid postage but when delivered there was an excess postage charge because Toms Trunks got it wrong and didn’t put enough postage on the package, my daughter emailed and they couldn’t be bothered or have the courtesy to reply so I got involved, messaged them and guess what, no reply, eventually got a reply saying they would have to investigate with warehouse which because their comms are sooo poor that it would take 5 days, still no reply and all this for £7.00, absolutely disgusting what a proper Mickey Mouse outfit, possibly the worst customer service I have received apart from Evri and that’s scraping the bottom of the barrel

My order confirmation email gave the wrong delivery address. I emailed the company (on a Sunday) and Zara replied within 12 hours assuring me that my order would be delivered to the right address. Which it was, and granddaughter is delighted! I’m impressed with the prompt response, especially since there doesn’t seem to be a phone contact which made me a bit nervous to begin with.
I did wonder why there is space for a delivery address on the order form which seemed to be ignored in favour of the billing address. Maybe that could be rectified. Otherwise, very pleased.
