It's a great website

It's a great website. I use it very often..u get your cash back. Must a wait,but I got it. It's true. I was a bit sceptical,but I got my cash back after some purchases.

I have been given the run around with…

I have been given the run around with boost mobile purchase. Keep getting asked about order number. I have saved it
and updated chat tickets.
Still no payout still no tracking.

When a purchase does not track automatically, we need to raise it with the retailer or their affiliate network for investigation. The order number is an important part of locating and validating the transaction.

Had high hopes, but that hope fizzled

I've used this service to purchase goods from 6 of their affiliated retailers. 4 of those retailers I made multiple purchases over separate transactions. Only one of these retailers refused to accept my multiple purchases made via TopCashBack. These separate transactions would've amounted to approximately $190 being returned to me. So I'm not talking about little purchases. These are products that I could've purchased for below the price affiliated retailer but when I factored in the cashback return, I would've got a better deal if my cashback was honoured. I only ever use one browser specifically for TopCashBack purchases without any extensions added so that I don't have any issues with receiving cashback. Well, all 5 of 6 retailers all paid out on every purchase made without any issue. One retailer has ripped me the whole cashback amount, plus the higher initial cost of the product compared to other retailers I could've bought from. I actually now question if TopCashBack might have a hand in this, as the payout expected was pretty high. Were they keeping my cashback? Or is there affiliated retailer just dodgy? Once you know the retailer I'm talking about, yeah you'd probably think the latter. But I still have my concerns about TopCashBack. I've greatly reduced my usage of this service as I've lost all confidence in the business and think I'd be better off finding my own better deals elsewhere. I have bypassed this service for my last 12 purchases of their affiliated for 3 reasons. 1 - I can't be bothered waiting up to 22 weeks for cashback to be granted. 2 - the tiny return percentage rate is not worth it, relating also to point number 1. 3 - I have lost confidence in the service since I was ripped off by one of their affiliated retailers.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We completely understand why losing approximately $190 in expected cashback would affect your confidence in using our service, particularly when you factored that cashback into your decision to purchase from that retailer.

We would, however, like to reassure you on one important point: TopCashback does not keep cashback when a retailer declines a transaction or claim. If a retailer does not validate the purchase and does not pay us the corresponding commission, there is no cashback received by us to retain. We pass the commission we receive from retailers back to our members as cashback.

It is also worth noting that your other purchases tracking and paying successfully demonstrates that there does not appear to be a general issue with your account or the way you are using TopCashback.

We’re sorry that this experience, together with the length of the claims process, has caused you to lose confidence in us. If these transactions have already been through the claims process and you believe there are grounds for them to be reviewed again, please contact us at contact@topcashback.com.au with the details. We would be happy to take another look and, where appropriate, raise the matter further with the retailer or network on your behalf.
