My husband and I decided to cancel our package eventhough it was a very generous offer and we had no problem getting a credit on our credit card. Deborah offered a fair alternative to cancelling the entire package but even after refusing that offer, she graciously honored our wishes to cancel and we got a credit on our credit card. That tells me this is not a scam.

Debra Leonard is very kind, helpful and a very professional representative. She helped me resolve an issue right away even though I called nearly during after hours.

Debra and Eli were WONDERFUL! They were very patient with my family and I. They were also knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to fix the reservation and chose a more luxurious resort. I truly appreciate all that they did for us! I would recommend Debra and Eli for all of your travel needs!

Has anyone actually taken a trip? Everybody talks about customer service but is anybody taking a trip anywhere? Keep calling me and asking me for more money and when you say no they say well you know hold on we have some leeway and they lower the cost and they won't let you hang up, I'm not giving them any more money.

A huge thank you to Debbie (Debra Leonard)!! :D She made our entire booking process so easy and went out of her way to help us! She is so responsive, patient and kind, and we also really enjoyed talking with her! We will only continue to book with Debbie for future trips!
