Debra L. returned my call and was very kind and courteous. She assisted me with all of my questions and helped me with some choices for a vacation I was inquiring about. She even told me she would call me back with more inventory when it was available. I appreciate all of her help and the time she took in giving me great customer service.

SCAM!!!

Trade Show Travel Co. called and sold me a package that they completely lied about, stating that after I paid $649 I would receive 5 vacation packages, and for each package I would only need to pay the taxes $10-$20 per night. When I called to book my package the representative said that she could not book me for my location unless I paid an EXTRA $1,450 in addition to the $649 I already paid to receive the package. I asked to cancel my package, she would not do that.

- They lied about the amount of people who can travel
- They lied about the price for the bookings, telling me there would only be taxes of $10-20 per night (the resort I inquired about was going to cost taxes PLUS an extra $1450 USD)
- They lied telling me I would have an upgraded room
- They lied about the amount of resorts available
- They lied about the amount of timeshare presentations I would need to attend
- They lied about the entire package that was sold

Stay away. THEY ARE LIARS

On 3/12/25 My husband & I were offered a vacation package from Trade Show Travel which consisted of 6 vacations trips including 1 cruise.
For an additional fee to cover insurance we got double the trips. This sounded really good since we were ready to travel. We understand that we had to do some 90 min tours with the package depending on the one we selected which was a trade off for the discounted package & it was ok with us. On the 2nd day after the purchase of the vacation package we received the welcome letter with the details but after reviewing everything carefully we decided these vacations package were not for us. So on the 3rd day 3/14/25 we contacted customer services & spoke to Debra L., a supervisor and explained the situation and she was very professional, courteous and kindly submitted a refund without any hassle, which we are suppose to receive within 3-5 days. She sent us an email confirming our refund. Thank you so much Debra L. for a smooth & painless transaction, your customer service was excellent.

My experience booking with Chelly was super easy and she was delightful. She listened to me and was able to find a hotel for the dates and location that I wanted. Chelly explained in detail what was involved with my booking and answered all my questions very kindly and with patience.

Chelly Dalton, took such care in helping me with my reservations, and they were complicated and i kept changing my mind. But in the end she got me what i wanted.

TOTAL SCAM !
I received a call yesterday, stating we'd receive a total of 8 vacations (8 days, 7 nights each), that would be All-Inclusive (food & drinks included) for myself, husband and 2 adult children, plus 40% off air fare or $100 per day in gas if we were to drive to the destination. I also inquired if there were places in Alaska, Kentucky & Ohio, he checked and then responded "Oh yes, yes of course there's lots". I was unsure and questioned all of this 3 times just to verify. I agreed and then a couple hours later called (apparently to Monster) and was informed that none of that was correct. They just said what they wanted to make a sale. I called them back this morning to get a refund and was given another line of BS and Jordan said all she could do was give me $350 refund. I told her that was unacceptable I wanted a full refund, she was not having it! Stay far away from this company, read all of the reviews, and I would believe that the 5 star reviews are the actual employees rating themselves !!!!

Chelly is the only agent I'll work with when it comes to booking future travel with Monster. She is knowledgeable and assists you all the way through your reservation and answers any and all questions that arise.

DEBBIE was great helping me to find a location close to where I needed to be. She sent me info on some nice places I want to book next. I hope to use them soon.

Debbie Leonard has been nothing but patient and helpful with me since day one. She calls and checks in on me and makes sure I’m happy with the decision that I make. She is truly the definition of true customer service.

I worked with Debbie and Eli throughout the process of booking a vacation away. Even though I came to them with somewhat short notice they were able to secure me with what will be a lovely trip to Maui. Not only did they make sure I was getting the best deal out there, they also went the extra mile on days and time off to ensure the process went smoothly. I can’t wait to take this vacation and look forward to planning my next trip. Debbie, Eli and their team are fantastic and I would highly recommend planning a trip through them, you won’t be disappointed.

Do not believe these reviews. This is a sleazy time share company. They are rude. They are condescending. They have stolen more than 15000 from my elderly mother. They know she is an easy mark and they call her 5 times a year. Every tie they sell her more packages. She has been sold more than 65 vacations and has not taken a single one. They don't care who they hurt as long as they get your money. They lie and say your vacations will expire if you don't spend more now. DO NOT fall for their lies. To help my mother use her vacations, we had to activate them by attending a time share presentation. Guess what.... the vacations were worthless. They do not have any options available ever. The 'fees' you have to pay are more than the trip would have cost out of pocket. They feed all of their sales up line to Monster (Another despicable company). I have plead with them to stop calling my mother. Now they call her more than ever. DO NOT believe these reviews. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS. The fine print screws you over. (You just watch. Some one will respond to this review with "Sorry your frustrated..........") but they wont do anything for you. I have been fighting them for 3 years and they just get more and more rude and condescending. STOP CALLING MY MOTHER.
