We recently used TryBooking for a national conference we organised, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. As someone who had never used a booking platform before, I had plenty of questions and the TryBooking team consistently went above and beyond to support us.
They were absolutely fantastic—everything ran smoothly from setting up the ticketing system right through to post‑event support. They were always just a phone call away, ready to answer any questions or help with any technical issues and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I would definitely use the TryBooking platform again without hesitation.

I am astounded that not everyone who does gigs is not using this platform. Really low commission rates (it's hard getting bums on seats, who wants to lose a chunk of revenue?) and absolutely sterling customer service. I cannot recommend enough.

You have a payouts before the event and it’s low fees for both your customers and yourself. For my next event I’ll be using them again happily. The TryBooking team have been great, helping us setup, supporting our quirky requirements, and getting us up and running very quicky. trybooking is incredible. I wanted to switch from mainstream ticket sellers to help me promote and manage swim events. The team were ace, providing telephone support in an instant and talking me through the process. First class from start to finish.

Unable to complete ticket booking.
I have made multiple attempts to book tickets to an event on the Trybooking site. I have entered all the relevant credentials (including an authorised credit card) but when I select finalise payment all I see is a circle of death that continues to roll. No error message appears so I have had to give up. Contact with the helpdesk was entirely unsatisfactory. Their only suggestion other than clearing browser cache or using another browser (both of which I had already done) was to contact the event organiser to arrange a payment over the phone. All my booking attempts were done on either an iPhone 14, iPhone 15 or an iPad 10. This gives me no choice but to provide a no star review.

I have worked with Trybooking for the last few years and couldn't recommend the site or team enough. Trybooking is a great platform for the user and the participant with easy to use functions. We host all our events on there and the Trybooking team are always on hand to help with any queries.
