there are parts of Utmost admin that avoid openness and responding to enquiries prompted by lack of clarity in the construction of the documentation, the client services front office are often placed in difficult situation implementing this policy, this causes the prime pillar of the business that Utmost are involved with Trust.

It was most painful experience in my whole life. I have never felt this despair before or since. We were treated like criminals having to proof our identities in several ways multiple times. Having to fill in umpteenth forms and proving our signatures like we were imposters. I thought I would never get my money back ever.

It was good experience to deal with…
It was good experience to deal with utmost but it was very long time taking process should be shorter many times things are not available on site when you login on your account. Then I have to call or send a email to utmost so again loosing the time. My urgency is not taken care after informing so many times.

Good communications, problem not fixed but I can live with it
First it was easy to setup the appointment and have my Windows calendar updated automatically.
Emily from Customer Support was right on time and very friendly.
My problem concerning 'lost' backup codes for my Google Authenticator has not been resolved yet, despite us cancelling the Utmost 2FA and then reestablishing it together.
Anyway I had and continue to have access to my account.
