Ordered a Gloria floor lamp,came quickly but on inspection when lamp was together you either had the screws holding the legs together at the front or the cable from the base. Emailed and another was sent out.didnt come on first day expected then when it did arrive it was unchecked and from same batch with same problem. Told after investigation that it was 'meant to be like this' which i find extremely hard to believe. I had to then wait in for a 4th day for lamp to be collected for return. So a month down,arranging 4 days to be in and now no lamp at all with no sign of any good will gesture or even an apology. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

Fantastic customer service and good priced products. I ordered two sets of plinth lights as I have a long kitchen. One of the sets failed, (think it was either the transformer or the bit that communicates with the remote control. I contacted ValueLights and they sorted it immediately by sending me another complete set. Great service, polite, helpful and very pro-active.

I want to first start off by saying the customer service was impeccable. I ordered a lamp from value lights, which was delivered and left outside by evri, but was no where to be found. I contacted value lights and explained the situation and they rectified it immediately. Callum's customer service was very good and he resolved the matter promptly. I'm very happy with how my issue was handled and would definitely purchase from them again.

Iv given 5 stars even though the wrong product was delivered. Fantastic customer service. I notified customer service as soon as I opened my parcel and realised it was wrong had an email straight back asking me to let them know what had been delivered which I did, the following day had another email stating my original order had been processed again and to feel free to keep what had been sent. All sorted in less than 24 hours!

I'd previously written a 1 star review due to my order not being received. I have since deleted this review thanks to the prompt action of Lee. He immediately contacted me to apologise and informed me that the courier had lost the package in transit. Another set of replacement lights were sent out the next day., but again due to courier issues the delivery was delayed. Lee contacted me and chased the courier and I have received my order to my satisfaction.

I am very impressed with the after sales service of this company. Unfortunately one of the lights we purchased developed a fault of being unable to charge it. When I contacted them they were very swift in replacing the lamp.

Ordered a floor lamp and it was delivered in a couple of days.

Minimal good quality packaging, really easy to assemble with no screw driver or allen key needed.

I had an issue with the pairing of the remote control which turned out to be user error. I emailed customer services on Saturday and received a reply first thing Monday morning. Issue resolved.

This was our second purchase from the company, having been impressed with our first light from them. It arrived promptly and was as described. It gives a warm ambience to the room, the shade is of good quality and the small attached table has come in useful for drinks. The base is very solid and the floor switch makes it easy to turn the light on and off. Easy self assembly is required but no extra tools are needed. Light bulbs can be ordered at the same time. Excellent communications again. We thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you.

Bought a floor lamp as a Christmas gift. It came promptly, very well wrapped and my daughter was delighted with it.

I’ve now ordered 4 chandeliers from Value Lights.
Each and every item was beautiful.
Well packed, fast delivery and fantastic customer service.
One of the chandeliers was missing a few link attachments.
Lily was so helpful.
An attachment was sent in the post straight away.
Highly recommend.

In September 2024 I purchased a touch lamp base from Value Lights via Amazon. It recently started to malfunction - flashing, humming, not switching on - so I contacted Value Lights via e-mail. Within 24hrs I had a response, initially from Lee and then Lily.
I am pleased to report that the issue has been resolved, a new lamp base arrived yesterday and is working fine.
I would like to thank Lily for all her help, even sending one of VL's own brand light bulbs to see if it made any difference, unfortunately it didn't, hence the replacement base.
All in all, one of the best Customer Service experiences ever.
