I was looking for cordless table lamps, and Value Lights had a wide selection. I bought 2 spherical lamps in metal holders that provide background lighting when required.

I ordered a bumble bee patterned lamp with shade. It arrived within 2 days. The lamp was an exceptional price, of good quality. I love the lamp, praise the service of value lights.

The light is lovely and I am really pleased with it. The only downside is that it won’t work on a timer, which I use regularly. It will switch off when the timer clicks off but will not come back on again when it next scheduled to come on.

Ordered on the 29th December,paid for next day delivery and the website states if you order before 9pm its guaranteed next day delivery. The next day came, nothing arrived so on the 31st I tried to ring but couldn't get through. I sent an email and they got back to me saying due to the bank holiday its been delayed (it wasn't bank holiday when I ordered) Anyway, on the 2nd which was the Friday, parcel came and to my horror when I opened it was just the lamp shade. I sent another email straight away as I've been struggling to get through to someone on the phone for whatever reason, I was told that because of the size of the parcel it had been split in 2 but the courier had it. The following Monday came and I received an email from the courier and someone from Value Lights telling me it would be delivered that day, that day came and went, actually, 8 days have come and gone since then and I'm still missing the bottom half of my lamp. Apparently its coming Thursday now but we shall see, I have little faith now. Whilst I have been refunded the next day delivery charge I still feel this is not good enough. It's been over 2 weeks now since I ordered my lamp!

Update! My lamp has finally arrived and I must say it is stunning. It's just a shame the trouble I had to get it which is unfortunate.

A real first class experience with dealing with your company I did have an issue with my order, which was damaged in transit but was replaced and everything arrived safely I would highly recommend the company

First purchase and what a delightful company to work with. They’ve sent my lamp which Evri has lost as they always do. I contacted Value Lights customer service and they immediately dispatched another one with a different courier upon my wish. This is what I call brilliant customer service in 2026.
