A beautiful lamp, which looks so much more expensive than it was, delivered quickly and packed securely. I also ordered the 'warm' light bulb. The light emitted is lovely and it really helps make the lamp look more expensive. I've bought lights from this company before and would recommend.

Huge selection of lights on the website. Styles are much more varied than those you find on other major stores websites. Photo of the particular table lamp and shade I bought was true to life. Well packed for delivery so it arrived intact (glass lampstand plus lightbulb itself). Very pleased.

Good quality lamps

I was looking for wall lights that were not only functional but also attractive.
These were perfect.
They are also perfect used as ceiling lights. They certainly brighten up the dark corners of our hallway.
The lights also arrived packed safely and in a timely fashion.
I will be back.

Massive choice of lighting, at a good price with prompt delivery.
The choice of G9 lamps is not sufficient as 8w or 10w required to light a medium sized room and only lower wattages on the site.

No information about my order. After a number of weeks I contacted I messaged you only to be told it wasn't happening. On a more positive note, I was given a refund.

The standard lamp with a leaf decoration was carefully packed and arrived without damage, as did the velveteen lampshade. The lamp arrived without any delays. It was easy to put together. I love it and it has prompted many lovely comments from friends.

I purchased a light on EBay . It was advertised as VINTAGE, TIFFANY & GLASS.
It was non of those things. The shade is plastic. It’s in the style of Tiffany at best and it’s certainly not vintage.
So if you want a non glass, non vintage and non Tiffany light these are the people to go to. On top of that if you would like non customer service then that’s even better. The box was delivered damaged. I asked for a box to be sent out so I could return the lamp, I even sent photos of the damaged box and was told I needed to return it in the original packaging.

Elegant floor lamp, good quality at a reasonable price. So happy. Also we ordered via The Range and one of the packages got lost so I contacted Value Lights directly and spoke to Lily who was efficient and polite and resolved with no fuss and sent a replacement. An excellent experience.

Ordered a tripod lamp and a wall light plus some bulbs. Bit of a mix up with the delivery by the courier company (Evri) but was resolved speedily and courteously after a short phone call to Value Lights. To be honest I was impressed. Quality of the lights and packaging was I think excellent. I’m very impressed for the price. I’d definitely recommend this company and in fact just have to my daughter who is moving house in a week or so. I will make them my first port of call when needing lights or accessories.

The only issue was that our lamp arrived in two parts on the same day in two separate deliveries from the same courier! seems a bit like a waste of petrol when it could have been delivered in one go!

The customer service were really brilliant too as I just needed a tracking number confirmed and the lady was lovely and efficient.

I ordered a few light fittings on Amazon for choice. Nov/Dec 2025.
Kept 1, returned the others.
However, refunds failed to appear, but I left till after the holidays to chase them up.
I have managed to get it all sorted bar one by now.
The items were bought on Amazon, but they came from different companies, 2 from Value Lights, and this overlong story is to praise them especially.
Big thanks to Callum, who was helpful, competent, courteous, and very fast to action the refunds. Communications were smooth and efficient.

Horrendous experience!

Returned two sets of lights and have proof of delivery. Have emailed Value Lights over 10 times requesting the refund.

Over 3 months later, no replies and still no refund!!
