Absolute SCAMMERS! Conned into believing I was paying my car tax through DVLA by mimicking their site. Not only that, it covertly signs you up for a monthly subscription which you cannot cancel by logging into their portal. Absolutely disgraceful SCAMMING behaviour.

They scammed me £17 and another £7.99 within a short time. I reported the transaction but the bank has not yet issued a refund. I cancelled all direct debits and requested for a new card.

SCAMMERS. Tricked into paying for what I thought was road tax. I'm extremely competent normally, and they caught me out. BEWARE.

No idea how this company got my details, but yes its a scam site. I had no email corresponence with them and it took me several months to notice the £7.99 charge. So I'm unsure how this company got my details..... be careful out there.

Since fab 2026 £7.99 has been debuting twice a month I thought it’s vehicle tax. However just realised it is a scam. I am writing this while I am on hold with my bank. I hope it’s worth calling them.

If I can give minus I will,it's scam and most annoying is allowed to exist and scam people, make sure that you check your payment as well as taking money on monthly payments

Just found out I have been scammed, brother set up road tax for myself in April been driving around since with no car tax, received letter from DVLA to say car not taxed. I have tried everything to contact this company even sent email, contacted bank who now say is a subscription not direct debit they can only block the name from taking payments but can set up under another name, so asked the bank to cancel my card who state would make no difference as soon as new card set up they can continue taking payments so in other words your screwed they can keep taking payments no matter what. I just checked there site it's very misleading as looks just like real one except got blue dot instead of white but who would notice that. Reported to police who can't do anything except take details, so unless you move bank they can continue taking money from you

This is a scam. Report to the police and contact your bank asap.

If you have mistakenly paid. You will need to contact your card provider to arrange a refund & ensure no further payments are taken from your account.

Scam. Made a copycat letter to me for my car tax. And I just caught them taking monthly payments from my account

I am surprised that you associate your brand with this fraudulent company,my opinion of your brand assurance has been destroyed by your association.Surely the excess of more than fifty unfavourable complaints must trigger a reaction to your vetting.

SCAM! Tricked my Mum on a copycat page making her believe she was buying road tax from the DVLA. They took £17.85 and have been taking £7.99 each month. Crazy they can get away with doing this!

Found an outgoing payment for £7.99 every month for something I never signed up for! Scammers

I am so annoyed at myself but at least I discovered it, mind only by chance when I got a final notice from DVLA to say my car wasn't taxed.
In April when I received from gov.uk my tax reminder. I went through the gov.uk website to pay. Paid and then received an email to confirm, on checking the email now it wasnt from gov.uk. I am usually so vigilant but not this time. The clever horrendous people, have some how a link from gov.uk to their website. The are called VehicleDebit.co.uk. They took £17.85 then £7.99 a month later (I wasn't aware of this until the bank told me). I always pay my tax for the year as its only £20.00. Called the bank they can only raise it as a dispute and block the company. However, that is not a guarantee they cant under another company take a payment. Only if I cancel my card is this guaranteed, so have done. Gov.uk have given me a website to log it however trust pilot wont let me add it. Note to self if your paying gov.uk for anything do it the old fashioned way ring them up and pay over the phone. I have been on VechileDebit.co.uk and cancelled the subscription as that is what it is a subscription for a VR/5 vehicle reports.

I thought u was setting up my road tax. Then one payment came the next month and I cancelled it. Then it came out again and cancelled it. I didn't screenshot my reply so have no proof of cancellation even tho they said they'd send confirmation they didn't .I've screenshot the cancellation notice this time but doubt I'll get the confirmation email.

This is a scam site linked to another site called vehicleroadtax.

Having been previously scammed by the vehicleroadtax site I have since seen that I have also need subscribed to vehicledebit. Clearly these two scam sites are linked as the money is removed from my account by vehicledebit since the initial contact with vehicleroadtax.

Both sites have been now been reported to the NCSC in the UK.

Just seen it is a scam. Thoughts I’d paid vehicle tax but direct debit set up and being paid each month. Blocked card and tried to cancel subscription. Not sure how I’ve managed to be conned by this. Will be cancelling my card too to avoid auto payment unblock being taken off in 13 months time.
