I messed up my postcode and Vinatis sorted it
I messed up my postcode and my wines went awry. The follow up from Vinatis CS team was first class - and very patient. All well in the end after wine went on quite a journey.
Chose Vinatis in the first place as they have a range of very lovely and hard to find wines in the UK.

I ordered some champagne from Vinatus for an important family party. I became anxious when told that it might get held up in customs and not arrive on time. Kelly at Vinatus answered my emails promptly and repeatedly with friendliness and helpfulness, never getting irritated. It was nice to deal with a human being not a computer. Vinatus got our champagne to us on time, I think by giving our order special attention to speed it on its way.

I would give this a 5 star review as the wine on offer and the price point is great. They also do great discounts for bulk buying and have a really superb choice of wines BUT the delivery times vary so much from order to order that I can only give 4 stars. I've had deliveries arrive within a week but another order took 20 days to arrive.
The customer service could be improved as I used to be able to phone a UK based number which was helpful but now the only customer service is based in France and the language barrier for me makes it impossible to know which option to press if I need assistance. Overall though I will continue to buy from Vinatis because of choice and value.

Following your claim, a refund for the undelivered parcel has already been issued to your original payment method. In addition, a goodwill gesture of £15 has been credited to your customer account as compensation.
We would also like to remind you that our shipments to the United Kingdom are dispatched from France, as indicated on our website. The estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 working days after order preparation, and this timeframe was respected for the parcels that were successfully delivered.
