I was missing a sizable part of my order

I was missing a sizable part of my order. I had no communication as to why this had happened. I had to contact Vinatis a number of times and had to threaten to contact my credit company for a charge back. I am still waiting on a part refund.

Poor delivery.

Poor delivery.
I ordered for Easter, was advised it would be delivered for Easter but was then delayed until after Easter weekend. In total, it took 2 weeks to arrive.

Will not use again

Will never use Vinatis again, item still not delivered after 10 days
- customer service response ineffective
- delivery tracking not updated regularly
Item was too late to be given to recipient for intended purpose, Vinatis then agreed to cancel delivery, however, they even failed to do this effectively and I received a notification that the item may need to be refused by recipient to stop delivery.
Vinatis caused me great embarrassment
A shambles of a transaction from start to finish, never again

Standard delivery is carried out on working days only, excluding public holidays, and the indicated delivery times are provided for guidance only, as stated in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Our customer service responded to each of your requests: regarding the location of your parcel, we informed you that we would contact the carrier to avoid leaving your email unanswered. Following your cancellation request, we initiated the return procedure and requested a full refund, which will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

The return request was forwarded to the carrier, and we advised that the recipient should refuse the parcel if it were nevertheless delivered. You also confirmed that, in such a case, the parcel could be accepted and the refund canceled.

We therefore confirm that all your requests have been taken into account and handled in accordance with your instructions.

Too few bottles delivered (and already paid).

I ordered and paid :
6 quintessence 2022 - Chateau Pesquié
6 Anonyme 2021 - Xavier Vignon (Chateauneuf du Pape)

A couple of days ago I received a parcel with the 6 bottles of Quintessence.
Today I received another parcel with only 4 bottles of Anonyme - Xavier Vignon (Chateauneuf du pape).

Will the missing 2 bottles of Chateauneuf du Pape still be delivered? Or will I get a refund for the missing bottles?

I ordered this for a funeral and never arrived on time took 6 days to deliver and only half consignment arrived other was supposed to come same afternoon and driver said we were out. We were in all day So very poor delivery service

Vinatis offered any shipment at no cost, so I ordered six bottles of a wine I wanted and it arrived in less than a week. First class service and an outstanding range of wines to chose from, many at very attractive prices.

Found at last.

After searching the internet I found the Italian wine I was looking for on the Vinatis website. The cost was competitive and most significantly the wine was in stock.
The purchase, tracking and delivery all went as expected which impressed me considering the wine was shipped from France (I think) and was delivered over the Easter period.

I found the exact product I wanted at a very good offer price. Communication was good. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but that’s down to Brexit rather than the company! Excellent delivery with tracking. Very pleased and would recommend this supplier.

I cannot fault this company

I cannot fault this company. The wine that I ordered was excellent and I believe good value. I had no issues with DPD, who were the couriers. The wine was well packaged. Will be using this company again in the very near future.

Reliability and communication

I received half my order and I have…

I received half my order and I have contacted them three times now, I have not received a contract within 24 hours of each try, tried again for a third time and I am not holding my breath.
If no contact this time I will contact my credit card as vinatis are in breach of contract. The lack of contact is troubling á you spend hundreds of pounds and get no customer service. Perhaps time to look elsewhere
Update: After posting this review I received an update telling me they will not have any further information until the end of the month as that's when the courier will reply. Also if I don't send the company my details so they can tie my review to my account my review will be taken down. Is that usual?
As this drags out the more determined I am to find another supplier.

Unusual champagne offerings

Hadn’t realised this was a French company so you need to factor in that for delivery time. However, good selection of champagnes and other wines at competitive prices that you can’t get in the UK, which easily sets them apart.
