I've enjoyed the wines supplied by Vinatus, and consider them good value, the only dislike is their delivery service contracted to Chronopost/ DPD. The tracking data is none existing until the day of delivery, you receive an email saying delivery is tomorrow and miraculously the tracking data is now available , in the meantime you have no idea where your parcel is, hence the 3 stars.
Following the reply from Caroline - customer service, my last delivery showed no tracking information until it arrived in the DPD delivery warehouse, according to Chronopost my order was still at Vinatis warehouse, until the tracking data was released on the evening before delivery.

Might be good to advise purchasers more clearly about expected delivery times when placing the order.

Quality wines, delivered in good time, at a reasonable price
A great find for us. I looked online for a favourite wine and this was the only supplier. The whole buying and delivery experience was flawless and the wines delicious. All in perfect condition. We have just received our second order. In it, we included several of their recommended wines to try, as we now trust Vinatis to deliver quality wines, in good time, at a reasonable price.

Delivery nightmare
It was very difficult to contact Vinatis to find out about the delivery timelines. For over a week, the order status was "shipped". I was concerned it had been lost. I used the Comms site on the website but it kept telling me that "I was a robot". No other contact information offered on Vinatis website. I searched through Google and eventually found a UK. I called this twice. Both times I received a message in English saying I was "on hold"but the call was terminated. I phoned again and navigated my way through the French autoreply. Eventually got through to someone in France who spoke English. Was then told that the delivery to UK takes at least a week - because of delays through customs.
The whole experience was very frustrating. I ordered £250 of wine and the only message on the website for my order was that it had been dispatched.
It would be helpful if the order progress form could be modified - at the very least say "dispatched from shop". Delivery to nonEU countries may be delayed through customs". Also, the query section of the site needs modifying to provide a valid route for Comms queries.
Your selection of wines is excellent but I feel nervous ordering wine and only being told for over a week that "the order has been dispatched".

We are sorry for the inconvenience encountered with your parcel. As previously explained, your order, placed on May 15th, has been undergoing customs clearance since May 17th. This process generally takes 48 to 72 working hours, although delays may occasionally occur. Delivery times indicated on the Vinatis website are provided as estimates only.
As already mentioned on our Vinatis platform, we had requested the return of the parcels after customs clearance and submitted a refund request accordingly. However, following confirmation from DPD and your agreement, the delivery was ultimately completed and you chose to keep the parcels.
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and remain at your disposal for any further information.

Misleading website/delivery times
Misleading website makes you think it is a UK company, due to the .co.uk, but they actually ship from France and don't make it clear when ordering that your delivery will be held up in customs for an unknown amount of time due to all the morons who voted for Brexit.
States 4-5 days for delivery which is clearly not accurate given the delays I have experienced.

Regarding our (vinatis.co.uk) website extension, it may indeed be confusing, but it does not indicate a physical presence in the United Kingdom. It is solely intended for our commercial activity on that market.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, parcels must go through customs, which may result in additional delays and periods without tracking updates during the customs clearance process. These details are provided at the time of order to avoid any surprises.
Furthermore, we previously contacted you via a private message on Trustpilot to request additional information, but we have not yet received a response.
In order to properly investigate your situation and verify the delivery process, we kindly ask you to provide your order number.

Having checked quite a few websites, I think Vinatis has the best range of non-alcoholic wines, and at the best price. The cost of delivery was also very reasonable - and I appreciate that they do delivery to the Scottish islands - so many businesses don't.
