Just wish the delivery could be improved
The wine is great and the communication is excellent but I WISH I could get the delivery comoany to deliver to my actualy flat on the 4th floor. The boxes are very heavy and I am 74.

Another successful purchase
Having used the company before and was not disappointed so I confidently returned. They had what I wanted at a good price. It was delivered securely and protected by excellent packaging. Delivery took a few days but I was kept informed of progress and money was not taken until the end. I shall use them again when I need to.

Speedy delivery as a standard
A wine expert drew my attention to the website where I can order from a wide selection, including special wines. I decided to give it a try. On February 28, I ordered 30 bottles of wine with standard shipping to Hungary. All bottles arrived intact on March 7, meaning it took 7 days from order to delivery. They kept me continuously informed about the shipping status, and I was quite surprised to receive the order on a Saturday. I will order again; it’s very convenient to shop this way from a reliable partner.

I was initially sceptical about…
I was initially sceptical about orderering wine directly from France especially re delivery times etc. However from the very first order my fears were unfounded. The service is excellent and considering the logistics these days and additonal bureaocracy at the ports, delivery times from Vinatis are impressive. Its also great to be able to buy the wines we like when we travel to France ourselves. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service albeit delivery takes longer than expected
I ordered 8 bottles on 24 February and received confirmation that they had been shipped later that day. However, as they had not been delivered by 3 March, I enquired on the status. Following a helpful reply from Vinatis in France later that day, the wine duly arrived on 4 March!
So overall an excellent service - only frustrated by the slow progress through Customs.
