The wine was just what we ordered

The wine was just what we ordered and, was delivered on time. Issue was delivery driver saw him approach the house but when I opened the door he was driving off. He did not ring or knock left box on its side, was pleased there were no issues.

Smashed en route

The good news, Vinatis refunded my money, and the customer service was prompt and friendly. Otherwise very disappointed as a 3 bottle wine order was broken in transit France to UK. The worst part was I had to be detective and notify Vinatis about the couriers odd message rather than they informing me of an issue with my order. Either it wasn't packed adequately or the transit handlers were violent with it!! Ironically it was my first and last order with Vinatis, super disappointed.

Delivery problems

Wine was ordered easily on 15th December but it was 31st December before it finally arrived. The postcode was correct but the house name was not included so DPD were not able to deliver in a rural area. Sorted eventually and wine was good and a fair price.

Christmas Wine I ordered did not arrive before…

Wine I ordered did not arrive before Christmas, despite ordering early enough. Took ages to get back to me when I emailed them. I will definitely order elsewhere from a UK based wine warehouse source. Not like this company saying held in customs will update you when we can. Very poor and this was my first time of trying them. Just be aware when you order from them as I have noted other comments similar to mine.

Great Company

Having recently returned from a birthday trip from Rome we had a botte of red there which we both really enjoyed. We searched for the bottle when we came home and came across Vinatis. We found the bottle of wine we wanted, it was easy and straight forward to order and given that we were ordering at a busy time of year the service was excellent. They were also great at keeping me up to date with the delivery. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Honestly not impressed

Honestly not impressed. Was given a delivery date of the week before Christmas but didn't turn up until 28th and then only after chasing. Would hate to think how late it would have been if hadn't complained.

Didn’t arrive on time

Didn’t arrive within the stated 3 - 5 days. Took 2 weeks, asked for refund give bottle was a birthday present and received no response. Wouldn’t use again.

Poor customer service

I ordered a 2 bottles of wine as a present for a friend in France. After I had ordered, I sent customer services a question about the wine I ordered but didn't get a response so I cancelled the order and reordered another bottle. All 3 were delivered and I was charged for all 3. Very disappointing customer service.

After checking, we see that you reached out to us on the afternoon of December 19. In accordance with our response time of 24 business hours, our colleague replied to you on Monday, December 22, informing you that your parcel was already in transit, which was within the expected processing time.

At the time of delivery, the recipient has the option to refuse any of the parcels in the order. It is also possible to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the parcels, but only within the legal period of 14 days following receipt, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. As this period has now expired, the right of withdrawal can unfortunately no longer be applied.

Must do better!!

The wine eventually turned up , just in time for Christmas, but could not have been dispatched on the day I was told. It took several days to get an on-line response to my query, infact, I ended up chasing on three occasions. I like the idea of being able to telephone someone if needed, or to have a "live" on-line chat at the very least, but I could not find either option. On a positive note, the wine is good, but not sure I can handle such poor customer service from a large company like Vinatis. Happy to come out of retirement to run this for you!!

I used to buy this wine in Iceland…

I used to buy this wine in Iceland store in the UK which I really like. They have stopped doing it now. When I saw it on Vinatis, I was very pleased to have found it. I ordered it in 2023. The order was shipped but the delivery company never delivered it for whatever reasons.
I got a full refund, though. Thank you Vinatis.
I placed the same order again a few weeks ago and when the order arrived, it was the wrong order. Honestly Vinatis!!!! What kind of service are you offering?
