​Smartpost LT officially confirmed in writing that this label is for a Finnish recipient (Vantaa hub) and Vinted failed to generate the secondary cross-border tracking ID.
​Support agents (Henda, Christine) ignore official carrier proof and send automated 25-day delay macros. This is a Vinted system label-mapping error, not a delivery delay! I demand logistics intervention to locate the item at the Vantaa hub.

Hate and Homophobic abuse reported to Vinted – told to just block the user

During a transaction, a user insulted me and use words like “faggot”. I reported this to Vinted and expected the company to take the matter seriously, particularly because Vinted’s own Community Standards state that discrimination and hate speech are not permitted and that the company may temporarily or permanently block users who violate those standards.

However, based on the response I received, the practical solution offered to me was simply to block the user. In my opinion, this is completely inadequate. Blocking someone may prevent me from seeing them again, but it does nothing to explain whether Vinted investigated the reported homophobic abuse or took any action to prevent the same user from abusing other people.

what is the point of having Community Standards against hate speech and discrimination if, after reporting a serious incident, the only meaningful advice given to the person who reported it is to block the offender?

Vinted’s response did not reflect the seriousness of the abuse I reported, and it left me with serious concerns about how effectively the platform enforces its own anti-discrimination standards, in fact seems to defend any hate or discriminatory speech someone could use inside this platform.
