Not 5 stars! Only 4.5 or 4.7, the Search function is a little off, i search for one thing (ex. Rx 6700 xt) and the results are (rx 580), but besides that everything is great, it feels effortless to sell an item on Vinted :D

App is very easy to use for both seller and buyer. This application is so amazing and terrific.

I really love vinted by it self, o concept of it! Very convenient and fast control, clear settings and loading. I really like that the humanity in the photos, the simplicity, is appreciated. It's also very good that the app has a security policy.

The application is great, very user-friendly and modern. But, everything is going well until you face issue and need to contact customer support service. I've posted my sneakers, that I bought in May 2026. Had an issue with size, so decided to sell. Made all possible pictures, with labels, box, etc. And their AI immediately mark them as fake and deleted. I've asked support to review their (AI) decision and added more photos and description. In several minutes I got response that it take time to reply. It was July 29 and today is August 11, still nothing.

Dear Vinted team, you developed a great application. You have a lot of data to train your AI for auto review, please take your time to make it better to avoid unnecessary support tickets, even if your support is not working.

I paid for Buyer Protection — and it meant nothing.

I purchased a Nokia FastMile 5G Receiver listed as "everything works" and in "very good condition". The device was non-functional upon arrival — red blinking light, no signal, confirmed by two SIM cards and my network provider. The seller himself agreed to a full refund in writing.

I followed every correct step: pressed "I have a problem" within the 2-day window, received an official Vinted return label, and sent the item back in better packaging than I received it (original box inside an additional cardboard box — I received it in a paper bag).

Vinted took 10 days to respond despite promising 48 hours. When they finally did, they informed me the transaction was already closed and funds sent to the seller — based solely on the seller's unsubstantiated claim about packaging, with zero evidence provided, and without notifying me before releasing the funds.

Result: the seller has both the item AND the money. I have neither.

Multiple agents gave identical copy-paste responses. No evidence was ever shown. No explanation of why Buyer Protection didn't apply. When I asked for the seller's photos proving damage — silence.

I have now filed complaints with VVTAT (Lithuanian Consumer Protection Authority) and initiated a chargeback with my bank.

Buyer Protection on Vinted is not what it claims to be.

I really dislike the in-app messaging from Vinted as it is annoying and unnecessary. Makes me want to use the app less and less.

I purchased a dress on Vinted, but received a completely different item than what was advertised. I returned the item to the seller on July 10th, following all of Vinted's official return instructions.

It has now been over a month, and Vinted still has not refunded my money (50 EUR). I have contacted their support multiple times, but only receive generic, automated responses with no real resolution.

This is completely unacceptable for a platform that is supposed to guarantee buyer protection. I feel scammed and want to warn other users to be cautious when buying on Vinted, especially if a dispute arises with a seller.

I am now escalating this through the National Consumer Rights Protection Authority and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, as Vinted itself refuses to resolve the issue.

Great place to find your belongings new home ;) its easy to post, trace, send and it’s well protected- for both- seller and buyer ;)

I listed an item that turned out not to be authentic, and my account was immediately blocked without any warning. I do not recommend this platform.
