Seller sent non-working device and Vinted forces me to pay for return shipping. Support was solely based on AI templates with repetitions of the same with each answer. Even live support did not feel any more human and avoided answering questions they did not like.

Pradėjau visiškai nesenai, iš pradžiu iki trečios prekės pamaniau, ai nieko manau gero, na o dabar ir žmonių daugiau pažiūri, ir parašo🙂 ankščiau buvau ir pirkęs ir pardaves, bet po to kai dpd praganė mano striuke, kuria išsiunčiau, tada nutraukiau viską, išsigandau.
(Kur mano striukė kuria siunčiau žmogui iki pat šiol nežinau kur yra.😔 Bet manau vinted yra liuksiška platforma žmonėms🥰 aš sugrįžau ir manau dabar tikrai liksiu ❤️🫰

I've been trying to get a refund for the wrong item for a month now. You guys sent me a message that you're looking into it, but neither the seller or me heard from you guys.

I have a very long shopping and selling history in vinted, but now I like it less and less. Most sellers from Poland sell trash as a very good condition. A lot of fake items and even if I report them, my report is usually denied.
And almost worst customer service in my experience.

It all goes well until you have a problem. I never received my package, it was automatically sent back because of lack of support from VINTED. Ok I was promised that in 25 working days I will have to mark it as lost (although is lost) and then I will receive my money back. Guess what, 25 days are gone, support is ignoring me and I have no option to mark it as lost. Seller has its product and Vinted has my money. Absolute scam. I am filing a court complaint right now.

It's great no one can scam you and you can't scam anyone.

Simplicity of vinted makes it such a great program, even a baby could understand how to use it

Manau tokiose situacijose jau žmogus turi įsikišti, vien dirbtiniui intelektui leisti negalima. Šiaip matau jūsų sukurta sistema gera, tobulybei ribų nėra, svarbiausia nesustoti ir eiti laikmečiu. Sėkmės

Labai nudžiugino prekių asortimentas. Čia gali parduoti savo daiktus tarptautiniu mastu, nes Vinted orientuojasi ne tik į Lietuvos rinką.
Paskelbiau tuos pačius skelbimus Vinted ir viename didžiausių konkurentų portale. Per Vinted pardaviau 2 prekes, per konkurentų portalą negavau ne vienos užklausos.
Ačiū labai už suteiktą galimybę atlaisvinti lentynas nuo nenaudojamų daiktų!

the fast reaction to everything. only when im uploading products, i dont like it that i cant crop the photo. and also, i posted a clothing item with a brand name and you guys told me that it is the wrong brand although it wasn’t. but everything apart that is alright

Reporting system doesnt work well,someone selling fake shoes says that say “they are real” and that “im just selling very cheap cause they are too small” should be banned or warned,since i reported 5+ with phones and shoes,vinted did nothing,to talk more contact me email:74juris

Impossible de retirer le 2eme colis qui était dans le même locker, j'ai pris le premier en ne sachant qu'il y en avait un autre, et après il marque les deux livrés alors que je n'en ai que un, inadmissible !

Réclamation effectué à vinted, impossible de remplir le pdf je n'ai pas d'imprimante et je ne suis pas experte en informatique, tout est fait pour nous pourrir la vie.

Bilan le colis est resté dans le locker sans pouvoir le retirer, et c'est marqué livré alors que je ne l'ai pas,honteux !
