I like how this app is easy to use and I always feel safe when buying or selling. The company is doing a great job, I have all the respect for them.

Basically has zero support. You can see clear dropshippers in the app, but vinted turns a blind eye on them, whereas for artists WE get marked as "dropshippers" and eventually some of us even get banned for trying to sell art. Yes this app is for "used things", but is it (I mean, what even is the point of it having the "handmade beauty tag then)? I've seen a dozen of dropshippers so god forbid I sell handmade jewerly lol.
Also, I had a pin maker machine flagged as almost brand new, recieved it - it's completely broken and CLEARLY is not as described (I have the knowledge and proof of photos, videos of it being broken and unusable), which by their guidelines I should be refunded, but again vinted didnt do anything about it, and well, I got scammed. 🥲
Really dissapointing for the art community.
My suggestuion for vinted: make an official vinted support E-mail. We can barely reach you. Also would he lovely if the support chat of Vinted wouldn't just send copy-pasted messages, but also real human responses from it's employees.

All notifications is very fast, wen I found something interesting Vinted recommended my some same products, good service and everything understandable

Ka čie darose kašmaras lauksiu savo pinigu i istrinsiu šita programele. Girdejou aš ne viena toke. Tuoj vinted liks be pardaveju. Ha Ha,😭🤣

Great app, good selection on a lot of items

Vinted support has illegally refunded a buyer for Transaction 19238799138 without any proof of item return. For 3 weeks, I was ignored and told to "just wait" by automated bots, only to find out they gave the money back.
The official return process was NEVER opened in the app. The buyer provided a fake tracking number in the chat, and Vinted accepted it without verification, violating their own Seller Protection policy.
This is a total lack of professional support. I have filed a formal complaint, and will escalate this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and VVTAT. Do not trust their "protection" – they favor scammers over honest sellers.

Ir dar pastebejau kad paskutiniu metu labai pabrango didesnio gabarito prekes siuntimo kaina😒 kas ir labai nepatiko😠.
Ieškojau vejos robotuko bet siuntimao kaina tai vau😮. nors prieš kiek laiko pirkau dulkiu siurbli robota tai siuntimo kaina buvo normali.

Nepavyksta grąžinti batelių, kuriuos įsigijau ir per maži. Šiandien iki 14:44 turiu pranešti apie problemą. Parašyta, kad turiu eiti į susirašinėjimą, bet ten man nerodo lango "Turiu problemą", gal todėl, kad buvau patvirtinusi, kad viskas gerai, nes batelius gavau, bet dar nebuvau pasimatavusi. Tai šiandien prie susirašinėjimo palikau atsiliepimą ir nežinau, ką turėčiau daryti toliau, kad suspėčiau grąžinti.

TikTok is flooded with complaints about automated account blocking, with over 2,000 reviews. Meanwhile, the storefront sells products with swastikas, sex toys, and child pornography. I think it's time to file a class action lawsuit; it's long overdue.
