On rare occasions this happens due to a stock discrepancy or supplier issue, and when it does, the order is cancelled and a refund is issued immediately. We understand this is disappointing, especially after completing payment, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Well priced, Arrived when Expected and Looks Fine
The price point for this Radio Controlled Car Kit (which was on-sale at the time) was very competitive. The kit, which was was bought as a present, took a while to arrive via one of the Voltage Models suppliers but it was delivered when expected and was as described.
I cannot comment on the build quality as it is a gift but the kit looks fine.

I purchased some accessories and supplies in order to build my Tamiya car kit, which I also bought from Voltage Models. I received excellent assistance in finding certain items from a real person, as opposed to a 'Cylon' answering service. All items were located swiftly, the order placed and received within 48 hours. Poor communication
Couldn't deliver everything I ordered, so issued a refund, that never turned up. Didn't reply to emails. Poor service. Update still no reply to my email or confirmation of refund

When an item can’t be fulfilled, refunds are issued immediately from our side, but depending on the payment method and bank, they can take several working days to appear. That said, you should always receive clear communication, and I’m sorry if your emails weren’t responded to as promptly as they should have been.
Please contact us directly (or reply to the latest email from us) and I will personally make sure the refund status is checked and fully resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Great batteries at an even better price.

Lgb products
Ordered an Lgb starter set last week. Delivered 4 days later. All good so decided to order a few other bits Sunday. Got email today stating stock supply issue so cancelled pending refund. So went back online to see if I could order something similar. Ordered a track pack. Order cancelled 10min later again. 2 payments with them now awaiting refund.
