Really efficient and easy to work with!

PLEASE AVOID! I was tied in to a 12 month contract as a new business. I asked to cancel with over a one month notice and was told that this couldn’t be done and instead they automatically renewed for a further 12 months! Their reasons were, that I was supposed to give a 3 month notice that was hidden in their terms and conditions which no one in their team told me about.

Amazing communication from start to finish. Naz was fantastic in helping me solve some issues I was having.

Nasreen was extremely helpful and responsive, I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Great ongoing experience with Altosoftware...which I have renewed, and used for many years! The platform in intuitive, reliable, and ideal for our workflow & managment services. We recieved our dedicated account manager, Charly Kemp, who's efficiency and commitment to our relationship has been invaluable. Extremely happy with both software & Charly. Highly recommend!

Chris O'Mahony from Alto came to the office to go through some new features on Alto. His expertise and depth of knowledge is staggering and he always delivers training/information sessions in a very positive and easy to understand way. Best account manager we've had by far!

Every query I’ve raised has been responded to promptly, and a solution has always been found and fixed without any issues. I like it but I really struggle with the accounts side and it doesnt handle guarantor agreements very well, unless someone can shed any light on how they use it

I had a great experience working with Ben. He was incredibly helpful and responded promptly to all my queries. His professionalism and efficiency made the process smooth and stress-free.

When we switched to Alto, I found it difficult to navigate my way round it, but the more I used it, the more I realised how much the system did for me and how it made my job easier. I use the Sales, Lettings and Accounts sides of the system and even though I've been using it for years, I'm still learning. When I've needed help, there's always been someone to call and speak to. Wouldn't manage without it now.

As a new starter who had never used Alto before, Amy Hammond was absolutely amazing when giving me some one to one training on how to best use the Alto system for my role. I would not use anyone else for my training needs in the future , she was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable
