The barstool I ordered was out of stock but I had good communication throughout and the delivery and packaging was good.

My chair is absolutely lovely and wish I had room to have another. It was the Madrid Chair in Tan and sooo comfortable. The children have 2 cheaper ones but argue to get in the comfortable one. 😊

Had a great experience with this company would highly recommend . Quality of my chairs are excellent and the whole family loves them.

My first purchase from Atlantic Shopping with a purchase of 4 bar stools. Their search tool on the website meant I got to what I wanted first time, unlike many websites. Whole order process was really simple, delivery when they said it would be -despatched day , delivered day two. The quality of the product is great..Price was better than many other options, really happy customer

Excellent quality stools at a good price

Beautiful product - high quality and unique, couldn’t find a matching dining chairs to my dining table until I came across this website. What stood out to me was their excellent customer service. My delivery was delayed by a few days due to them having to get the order from their sister warehouse however, they informed me very early on and actually called me rather than send a generic email. Only thing to improve would be improved instruction for fitting.

Good website, simple purchase transaction and prompt delivery

All seems ok but have not used the chairs yet. I am a little disappointed, as the 'advert' states 'leather' seats but of course in the small print it is 'faux leather'! Delivery was good and quick.

So, like many people I'm wary of retailers that offer the goods I'm looking for at cheaper than average prices, after looking through their very well laid out website I discovered the showroom wasn't too far away so decided to just pop in, didn't make an appointment, just turned up.

We were greeted and left to look around until the moment we needed help and someone was there right away to answer our questions. They were knowledgeable and did everything they could to help. No pressure sales tactics, just pleasant!

We wanted counter height bar stools and visiting the shop they had every example and with a quick check of stock they were able to provide the same stool in the colour were were interested in.

We were able to take away the same day (thankfully have a big enough car) but they offer free delivery anyway!

Clean, comfortable and getting to look at the items first hand proved to us this isn't a retailer that's part of a big chain, nor are they a drop shipper or scam. In fact they've been around quite some time, it's just they also have really good website, great customer service (Thank you Clara) and the prices are really good too!

It's been over two weeks since we purchased the stools and bench and we're really happy with the quality of both, they were really well packaged, easy to assemble, the components were high quality and the finishes excellent.

The leather on the stools was especially soft and luxurious feeling and the auto return mechanism works softly but always to the exact same spot so pleases my OCD in keeping the house neat and tidy, the bench is now vying for attention as a main character (it was meant as the occasional seating), so really can't recommend this place enough.

And aside from the discount advertised on the website at the time I have not been paid to gush about them, it's simply a deserving review.
