Didn't know what to expect at my appointment but was well looked after and had everything explained to me as to what was going to happen and the procedures that I would be receiving. The audiologist was excellent throughout and very professional.I was very pleased especially with the results as my hearing has not been as this good for years.Would definitely recommend this service to others

I had a visit for a hearing test at Grantham with Harisanker . The Clinic was very efficient and the Team were professional and friendly. I found Harisanker to be extremely informative when explaining the results of my test and I was very satisfied with my appointment and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the clinic

I came across Audiological Science via Facebook and found it easy to book an appointment at their Lincoln clinic, which is a consulting room at an NHS health clinic. They 'phoned a couple of times to check I had the details of the appointment and I was seen by Harisanker. He was extremely polite and focussed and after an initial check of existing conditions and hearing test history he conducted the basic hearing test (click button when hearing a range of beeps and squeeks). The outcome was a hearing loss diagnosis in one ear and a referal to my GP. Harisanker followed up within an hour, writing to my GP requesting an NHS hearing test and including the results of the test. There was no pressure to 'go private', just an impression that Harisanker genuinely cared about my hearing and getting it sorted.

Sahla is a most competent, conscientious, sympathetic and friendly person. My entire audiology session lasted about 45 mins. She made sure that I fully understood what she was doing all the time. She carefully made sure that my hearing aids were fully set for my needs before I left. And they are wonderful - I can hear so clearly again. Like a teenager rather than a 77 year old😊. Thank you.

Great service, the audiologist was very thorough during the testing process.
After numerous tests my hearing aids where updated offering me a better sound experience. I have been wearing them about 5 days they are more comfortable & they link to my phone where I can control sound settings.

I had been having problems my hearing and although it was my own fault I was treated really well by the audiologist

Jithin carried out the hearing test in a courteous manner and provided me with my first Hearing Aid (Oticon Intent 1) at a price less than half of that quoted by a competitor. I am extremely satisfied with the 4 days of wearing it. I will take notice of the Lifetime Aftercare service in due course.

The appointment was simple to book online. The audiologist was very thorough and gave clear instructions. She advised on the use of hearing aids which were set up and fitted there and then.

Very kind, pleasant and helpful ladies. Explained everything including how to use the app. First hearing aids fitted and good.

I was able t get hearing aids fitted on my second visit as soon as I had wax removed. It takes a little while to adjust the settings.

We had an appointment with Mr Syam Gopinath the audiologist from Audiological Science on 19th March. He was very friendly and professional in his approach. Testing my husbands hearing and explaining very clearly the problem he had and how the company had a product which could help with his
hearing loss.

Dona put me at ease immediately. She explained what was happening calmly and repeated instructions when I asked.
