The fact that I’ve been at one appointment ad I left with the hearing aids and it was not necessary another appointment. She was very polite and explained me everything.

A simple hearing test saw me walk out 30 minutes later with a discreet pair of aids and a whole new hearing world. The clinician talked me through it all, explained how to use and clean the aids, gave me extra batteries and cleaning tools, and all for FREE, courtesy NHS.

I had an appointment in the Mile End Road clinic Norwich, The earing test was very through covering all pitches, and I was given full instructions on the use and care of the earing aids.

My right hearing aid wire broke so hearing aid doesn't work. Audiological Science don't have an emergency repair service so I will have to wait more than 2 weeks for someone to visit and do a repair. If it is not repairable on the spot, how many more weeks will I have I have to wait for a replacement. Not acceptable.

Geethu was very professional in her manner and talked me through every aspect of owning the hearing aids, from cleaning to charging and setting up.
The devices appear to be solidly made and work well so far (I’ve only had them a couple of days!) - time will tell but at the moment I’m impressed…

Great that free home visits can be arranged. The hearing aids were competitively priced and discounts available. There was no pressure to purchase privately. Also reassuring to know that good support is always available.
The service was far superior to my current NHS provider. Wished my GP were registered with them.

One suggestion- I found linking to the app very difficult. I had to get a friend who has NHS aids to help. May be a short section on this would help and prevent considerable frustration..

Joshua was a friendly and professional audiologist who explained clearly and logically what the hearing test involved before starting the procedure. He then discussed the results with me explaining what the prescription would be and how it would help my hearing. He offered to fit the hearing aid immediately, which I accepted, and went through all aspects of usage and cleaning and control functions including the use of the smartphone App. In total, it was a very good consultation and I have several alternative means of maintaining future contact if the need should arise.
