I bought my flower girl dresses from here and they're beautiful! Lovely fabric and detail, and shipped within the expected timeframe. Customer service team has been super helpful too. Would reccomend!

My bridesmaid dress came with 5 stains on it, incorrect sizing and now I have to send it back to china and incur further expense. Customer services are difficult and a refund almost impossible.
Do not be tempted to use this company and as quite a few reviews have said ..run away now and don’t go there.

I had an issue with my daughter's dress but customer service was very responsive and resolved the problem very quicky and sent me another dress.

Terrible company, misleading and appearing to run with no regard for uk law or trading standards.

We bought two dresses for my partner for our wedding, like others on here we are now getting the run around to return them.

First it’s a Uk site, paid for in pounds, a Uk postage label with a Uk return address on it. Then when you want to return the items they give you a Chinese address and expect you not only to pay for tracked delivery, but also expect you to lie and mark the items as being worth less, I’m sure this would be classed as fraud.
They will also state their custom dresses so they charge a restock fee. They claim this to charge you more money, they’re not custom as A, no measurements were taken B, they arrive to quickly, C, you just order online in generic sizes.
They will ask for photos of you wearing the dresses, we emailed back with no photos and got a generic reply thanking us for the photos! Claiming we have to pay to send back to china.

The emails are generic, they’re misleading everyone and doing the same things. It seems they have .co.uk, .com, .fr sites and do the same on each from looking into reviews.

We have now opened a dispute with our credit card company as what they’re doing is wrong. We will also be considering trading standards as they’re misleading people. We get married in about 5 weeks so stressed as it is and now have all this added on top to deal with.

Hopefully others reading this will go to the banks/card company’s etc to report them doing the same things to customers all over.

*they’ve replied as you can see, the card company refunded me after opening a dispute with them. I suggest anyone else with problems does the same.

Customer support l dealt with was truly amazing, accommodating, understanding and prompt in responding to my emails.  I definitely  recommend Babaroni and will be ordered again.

The products are of great quality, loved the flower girl dress very much met my expectations and the correspondance on delivery updates is very helpful too.

I received my daughter's Prom dress today and was over the moon with it. Its beautifully made and looks stunning. The communication from the company told us what to expect at every stage of the process and it actually arrived quicker than I thought. Thank you, would definitely order from you again!

I am so disappointed in the return process. I would like to return the dresses I purchased. They are giving me the run around. I just want what the return policy says. I read it before ordering and just want my fair amount back.

It disappoints me to have to write this but I should have checked the reviews.
Before I purchased any dresses I asked if they were easy enough to return to which I was told "yes" but there would be a 10%deduction plus shipping costs.
I purchased 4 dresses in standard sizing using the size chart provided, 3 of the dresses didn't fit! I contacted customer services and they tried to get me to get them altered which isn't possible as too small and offered me just £70 for a total value of £299 worth of dresses. They finally gave me a return address and it is for China even though the dresses were purchased from a UK site. I got a quote from Royal Mail and for the 3 dresses it would be £115 to return. I contacted them again and they are very slow to reply and usually in the middle of the night. I expressed my concerns but they have just said to return and will refund. Having read other reviews I am worried this may not be the case either. I have asked for a UK address and threatened them with small claims court. I have also contacted PayPal. I fear this wont be resolved and I will massively be out of pocket.

I’m always apprehensive to order from online shops but took a chance because the dress looked lovely and the colour was perfect. The terms also said that you get a 90% refund if you change your mind/not satisfied with your product which reassured me.

The dress was lovely and I could see it being perfect but, unfortunately, it was too big on me. I contacted Babaroni and asked to return it due to the size. They asked me for photos showing it’s too big then suggested I go to a seamstress instead of returning it as it would be ‘more economical’! The boning and sizing round the bust would make it very difficult to alter and could end up being more expensive. For a company that says on their website ‘You will still get a 90% refund even though there is no quality problem, but you are not satisfied with the item, or you just change your mind’, they should not question a request to return.

I am not happy but cannot be bothered with the back and forth emails. I have reluctantly accepted that I will not be returning this dress and am now over £100 out of pocket.

I ordered 5 dresses for bridesmaids of different sizes. None of the dresses fit. The smaller were all 2 sizes too large and larger were too small.
The company is not in the UK it’s China and costs more to return the dresses than the value. Additionally the company will not give a full refund after return and charge for additional shipping cost. Over 2 months since trying to return and still no refund.
I would strongly advise against ordering.

Genuinely the best communication I have had with a a company regarding exchanging I ordered the wrong size and the communication was fantastic sent my dress back and they sent a new one straight away the quality of the dresses are fantastic thankyou so much again!

I was very apprehensive after reading the reviews however I ordered 28th June and got my delivery today.
After opening the package I was over the moon. Both dresses were lovely and just like the picture. (Granted the sizes/length is a lot different to ours UK) however I didnt do the customise option however these are something that is easily fixed by taking to a seamstress. Overall I'm extremely happy with the price and the quality.
I would recommend and I would order again.

0 stars. Typical China con. Took ages to arrive and when it did it was too small (smaller than size charts). Almost impossible to return or get money back. They also ask for positive feedback before offering and resolution. PayPal useless also as they want the item returned to china before any refund at a cost of around £30.

Stay clear. If you are buying for a wedding it is NOT WORTH THE RISK!

I ordered from here and it took weeks to come and when it did come it was tiny! (I ordered the correct size as per their measurement guide and measured my daughter correctly before purchase). I asked for a refund and was told they’d deduct 10% plus I have to pay for shipping to China. They advertise on a .co.uk to trick customers from the UK I’m certain of it. They offered me £9 compensation when I’d paid £32. The dress also didn’t look anything like the picture online!!! Don’t order!!!
