The dress we purchased was of poor quality - the tulle netting looked cheap and the Dark Green was too light for what we wanted! I need to return this dress and I am still waiting for an email back from them giving me details on how to return to China! I know I have to pay shipping and lose 10% of what I paid which is ridiculous when the dress does not look the same and is of poor quality! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wish that I had read these reviews before buying some dresses. I have waited 1 month
for a refund and think that there is no customer service. At one point I would have recommended them but not now! do not buy from them, if there is a problem or you want a refund you will not hear anything!!! Come on Assia you should not be in customer service!

Ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site. Après plusieurs semaines de retard le service client a enfin daigné m'informer que les couturières de l'usine avaient du retard et m'ont proposé un remboursement intégral de la robe, que j'ai accepté.
Ils ont quand même forcé l'envoi de la robe que j'ai reçue après l'événement auquel je souhaitais la porter.
La dentelle de la robe était rose et non blanche comme prévu. J'ai donc renvoyé la robe et ai du payer les frais de renvois à hauteur de 48.5 euros pour la chine pour renvoyer une robe que je n'aurai jamais du recevoir.
Ils m'ont promis un remboursement partiel de la robe appliquant une décote de 10% et refusent de me rembourser les frais de renvoi alors que l'erreur provient de leur usine.
Ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site !

Pour faire fermer ce site et les autres sites de cette société, il faut une poursuite juridique et vos témoignages. CONTINUEZ DE METTRE VOS AVIS NEGATIFS.

If for any reason you need to exchange or return your dress you will be eating the cost.
They make you pay shipping back which is almost the cost you will receive on your return if you ever get the money back.

Went to a prom dress shop and found the perfect dress which was £500 😱so I came home and googled the dress and found one on here for £155 so I ordered it despite the bad reviews and I'm so glad I did ,I ordered the wrong size at first so I emailed them and they got back to me ASAP and changed the size ,The dress came within about a month and it is prefect ,The dress is gorgeous and the size is perfect ,I'm about a size uk 12 to 14s so I got a size 16s, If your event is more than a month away I'd advise you buy your dress from here ,You won't be disappointed 😀

If you want to order dresses for your bridal party beware as you can't make returns without incuring big fees. The dress i receive smelled awful and was a lime green as opposed to sage green. I was told i would have to pist it back to China and pay for shipoing myself. On top of this id incure a "restocking" fee.

had ordered a dress accidentally in the wrong colour, and a few days later I emailed babaroni to see if they could change dress and sadly, the seamstresses was already half way finished making the dress. Babaroni understood both side of the parties and did all they could to change the dress that I accidentally ordered to the one I wanted. They were kind, helpful and succeeded in doing what I wanted which is what any customer desires. Regardless of the fact my dress was already ordered and half way made, they put all their efforts to help me immensely and therefore completely deserve a 5 star rating. They communicated only with kind, understanding words and only did their best to help me. They guaranteed what I asked for would be delivered with no negatives which is all a customer could ask for!! I highly recommend ordering from babaroni as they are an immensely kind and trustworthy company who will successfully deliver your needs.

The dresses were stunning and arrived much quicker than expected, very happy.

I ordered 3 different dresses originally for my bridesmaids to choose from. We kept the one we wanted to go with and send the other two back. I paid for return postage which was fine, and then as soon as I provided proof I had returned them they started to make two more of the style we decided on.

No more money changed hands and the two dresses were sent to me with no hassle and communication from Assia was fantastic throughout.

I honestly thought it was too good to be true but my experience went really smoothly!

The refund process is terrible and made so difficult that it's not even worth returning it any more. I lost around £100 of my own money.

I wanted a return + refund. I was made to pay postage and packaging fees for the initial purchase and the return back to Babaroni.

Then when they finally offered me a refund, which is not an easy process anyway, they deducted ANOTHER postage fee from the refund I would receive. No refund was received, despite finally giving in to their meagre offer and accepting the reduced return amount. I sent the dress, but the package was returned back to me all the way from China again. It's infuriating so I have just given up and accepted that this is essentially a one-way purchase with no chance of returns.

I have a dress still in my original return packaging, which has been to and from China and back to me.

No refund, no followup. Unhappy customer. I have lost time and money dealing with this company. NOT WORTH THE RISK.

Bought 1 bridesmaid dress here as was nervous about online purchasing. But to my surprise the colour, fit and quality was brilliant so I was straight back online to get another 2. Again they were perfect and delivery was 2 weeks before expected date too 🤩

Dresses arrived in beautiful condition and arrived quickly. Good quality, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant company. Don’t be put off by bad reviews, because the customer service is world class. I ordered four bridesmaid dresses; first of all I asked for a sample which they had to specially go to the market for because it wasn’t a popular colour. Then they made four beautiful dresses (great quality, lovely material and really well made - lined and have pockets!). One of the dresses was too big so the lady I was speaking to through the whole process, Assia, was incredible. I returned the wrong sized dress where they made me a new one straight away for no more money (only delivery which was expected) - this was even out of the time frame for return. I can’t thank Assia enough for her help and expertise. Her communication was great and I was 100% satisfied with the dresses. Was a fantastic, stress-free experience and would definitely use again.

My 2 bridesmaids dresses I ordered from Babaroni were horrendously made. The colour was incorrect it looked like a primary school child had the made the dresses. We sent loads of pictures and videos to customer service who thought there was nothing wrong with the quality!!! Are you kidding me???? The dresses have been returned, but no refund as yet as I am now having a battle with Barbaroni regarding a customs fee I have been asked to pay in China. It cost $35.00 to return the dresses and I have cooperated and done everything Barbaroni have asked but there was no mention of a customs fee during our communication. Honestly, what a rip off!

I would love to be able to show my picture as proof of how badly made these dresses were but this site will not allow me.

Save yourself the trouble and do not buy anything from this company! I am hugely disappointed with their lack of care and consideration towards what is supposed to be a special day! Shame on you Barbaroni :(

The only reason for 1 star is that the dresses are nice.
The issue is that they are refusing to refund the alteration costs which are clearly stated on their website as PER DRESS not per order, as they are now claiming. This is the only reason I ordered from them.
It's been over a week of emailing and it's getting stressful. I have spent over £200 on alterations, sent in the receipts for £110 of that (I accept full responsibility for not having all of the receipts to cover the full amount) and they are now claiming the max I can have is £75 when the website says £35 per dress if below £100. One of my dresses was over £100 so that should get a refund of £50.
They have upped the refund to £80 total. The amount they should be refunding, if going by £35 per dress, is £105 as I ordered 4 dresses.
I've been dealing with Assia who has not been helpful at all and has even changed their tune because they've said it is £35 per dress but they can only refund £80 for all 4 alterations.

Disgusting company, do not trust them or what their website says.

Ordered three dresses they are absolutely gorgeous but 1 didn't fit so I do recommend going up s size if you have wide back but customer service helped very well

I have 2 dresses on the way back via shipping. I'm trying to send an email to customer services. 2 different ones I've found, and both emails do not exist. I was told that we have to pay for shipping also, but their site clearly says they will pay. Does anyone have an email for me to get in touch. I sent messages over chat, but being told customer service now. Terrible experience
