The bridesmaid dress is lovely and quality appears very good, however something to really take note of before ordering is the return/ exchange process. The first dress I bought unfortunately did not fit (too small) so I requested an exchange. I feel it is not made clear on the website, but the return is to China, therefore incredibly expensive! On the website it says you must request a return within 3 days of delivery which is a very sharp turnaround to decide on an item. However I made sure to do this and upon request was emailed back with a very lengthy email about the return process - and to ensure it is tracked and to alter item value to ensure it’s not too high at customs. I did all requested and almost fell over at the Post office when asked for over £30 to return - almost half the cost of the dress! I decided to ask for the made to measure as a result of this for the new dress as I did not want to have this same stress now I knew the quality of the item and the hassle to return. I decided not to purchase a new one whilst the other was returned as I would have been out of pocket twice. The customer service “Assia” has been very helpful in sorting my new dress delivery and even offered a £10 contribution towards the return shipping after I mentioned how shocked I was about this price. Whilst this was appreciated as a good will gesture the overall process has been a complete faff and should be made very clear about being in China as I am still having the return cost of over £20! I would definitely recommend going for the made to measure as you do not want the hassle of a return/ exchange. My made to measure appears more accurate with the measurements, whereas the dress size one was slightly on the small size.

I bought a dress from here on a custom fit option and it is absolutely stunning I'm so happy I went for it the dress is beautiful, amazing quality and heavy, fits perfectly everywhere and as I'm tall but with heels I'm over 6ft it's perfectly long enough, I absolutely love it and highly recommend getting a dress from here

I dealt with someone called Assia. I have never used this site before and this was my first order. I had a issue with the sizing when adding my item to basket. But assia sorted it out for me. she kept me up to date and reassured myself it was all sorted. Whilst waiting of my dress assia kept in contact with myself until my dress had landed. It did and was an amazing dress . Sadly for me it was too big. but again this company dealt with my refund and went above and beyond to assist myself. I have never had service quite like it. Exceptional customer service.

The material of the dress was so lovely I could not wait to try it on. It is very true to size and looks so nice

Bought seven custom made bridesmaids dresses which arrived quickly, superb quality, all the same colour, perfect measurements and great customer service throughout. My maid of honour is so impressed she has bought dresses from this website too for her own wedding. Would definitely recommend this website!

Absolutely love everything about this dress. The material is super comfortable, the built in bra doesn’t have underwire so you feel free but supported, the measurements are spot on and it hugs you in all the right places. Would totally recommend & can’t wait to wear it!

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Their policy of only refunding 90% of the price of the dress and not refunding some accessories (like scarfs) is illegal under the EU consumer law.
Please don't fall for it! I am still currently battling with their customer service to get my money back.

Edit in April 2025: They make you ship the dress back to China AT YOUR OWN EXPENSES and then they don't collect the package or the address is wrong and it gets sent back to you.

Please please please save your money and stay away from this brand!

Ordered a dress to see what qualify was like. Was not satisfied with the quality of the dress.

I was really unsure about ordering from this company, so checked the returns policy on the website prior to ordering. The terms said a 90% refund if I was not satisfied or changed my mind.

When I tried to return, they asked me for a picture of me in the dress showing that it didn't fit me!!! They also suggested I go to a seamstress to get it altered. The issue was quality not fit. I responded to say that this was an unreasonable request and I wouldn't be sending a pic.

Anyways, they have ghosted me now so assume I won't be getting my money back!!! Don't order from this site - I also ordered from a competitor (not sure I can name here!) who offered 10 euro try on and free returns on the try on dresses - much better service

Not every experience is the same!
I initially purchased a pink dress for an upcoming wedding. Then I thought, let me read the reviews. That is when I had wished I read them sooner. The % of bad reviews was shocking and I was anxious to see what would be delivered to me.
Delivery was suppose to be between June 28-July 12. It arrived early!
The dress arrived in an unpleasant bag - they could box it better. However, the dress was beautiful. Exactly as pictured and the fit was perfect. I am a size 6/8, ordered a 6 and it was just the right fit. The material and quality is amazing and will definitely shop here again.
Don’t let a few bad reviews deter you from purchasing your dream dress from Babaroni, not everyone’s experience will be yours.

Well i have honestly had the best experience with this company !. I read the bad reviews but ignored them as i had fallen in love with dresses for my bridesmaids, I ordered 4 bridesmaids 2 adults and 2 child dresses! Entered all size info on website and paid what i believe to be a very reasonable price.
I received a confirmation with a tracking number which i checked regularly. They were delivered and honestly i absolutely love them they are beautiful.
I did however have a problem with the ties, i ordered dusty blue thinking they would match but i didn't. I didnt read that colours may differ slightly on different fabrics, dresses tulle and ties satin! So my fault!.
I emailed the support address had a very quick response, they explained and also sent back a picture of a better colour match and agreed to send me out 5 new ties!!!! I must admit i didn't even think i would get an email back !
I am so grateful and amazed by the great quality, delivery times and customer service of Babaroni! Thankyou so much again its much appreciated and with 6 weeks to go to the wedding you have helped this bride from stressing. Regards Emma, Essex uk x

Commande d'une robe sur mesure en avril mais mesures non respectées au niveau de la taille ... il manquait 3 bons cms et donc la robe était trop serrée. Je demande à renvoyer la robe pour qu'ils la rectifient, après 2 semaines d'échange de mails avec Assia, où on m'a d'abord expliqué que non il n'y avait pas d'erreur, finalement après photos à l'appui on me propose 30 € ( montant max proposé ) pour la faire rectifier chez un couturier en France, j'accepte miraculeusement c'est ce que mon petit couturier m'a proposé. Je ne suis pas sûre que les robes soient réellement faites sur mesure ... Les points positifs : l'envoi a été rapide, la couleur est très jolie et le tissu ainsi que la confection sont de bonne qualité. Le seul problème c'est le fait qu'elles sont fabriquées à Hong Kong et donc quand il y a un problème du fait de la distance c'est compliqué pour les retours ... Donc bilan mitigé car je me suis quand même pas mal énervée pour obtenir gain de cause ce qui est regrettable. Pas sûre que je recommanderai un autre article sur ce site.

I also wish I had read these reviews before buying!! A terribly fitted, low quality material garment (like actual paper) with only the chance of an 80% refund, minus the shipping cost back to China which equates to £40 from the UK. No support from the credit card company either. Stay well away from this company. Order number DT12101812595

Babaroni were incredible from start to finish, I purchased a dress that I needed in the next couple of weeks and the customer service team relied promptly and politely. My order arrive much earlier than anticipated and the quality is brilliant and it fits perfectly!! 10/10 would shop again 😃

The bridesmaid dresses were of a beautiful colour -I ordered different looks, same chiffon material, with the same colour so was happy that they turned out the same colour.

I also bought ties, thinking the colour would be the same but unfortunately they were significantly brighter because of the difference in material.
