I ordered a dress for my daughter, made to measure. The dress is beautiful, the same as in the pictures. Contact with the company is very easy and the service is very helpful. Shipping took only 4 days. I highly recommend!!!

Worst online shopping experience.
After my initial review I have been contacted by email offering partial refunds from the company if I agree to delete my original negative review. The latest offer is of £50. Less than half what I paid. The dress has not been returned to me so I don't even have that to sell. Do not buy from this company. Their returns policy is illegal. You will not get your money back. Also the dress wasn't even worth what it cost. I have told them to forget it unless they refund the whole cost including the shipping fee. But even if they do I will not delete this review. Please avoid this company!

Commande de 2 robes filles et ado reçu sous 1 mois , la qualité est très bien, 2 doublures. Elles sont cependant trop grandes et longues mais après retouche chez une couturière elles sont parfaites !

Very happy with the dress I received! The customer service was extremely helpful when I had to return a dress and exchange it for a new one. The delivery was very quick too.
Highly reccomend !

Even if it’s difficult to make a return because of the cost on our own charge, the customer service is very fast and accommodating.
The dresses are pretty and the size fit very well.

After finding the most beautiful dresses on this company’s website. I placed an order for 5 bridesmaid dresses, included 2 custom
made ones & a couple of smaller accessories. Total cost = £392.99
Order arrived last week. None of the dresses, except one fit- with measurements that don’t correspond with what they state. I contacted the company and was informed that I can return but will only receive a refund of 70% of what I paid for the dresses. I would lose my delivery fee, and face paying p&p costs to send back to China- which would leave me with barely any refund back.
I have informed them of UK legislation in which what they are doing is against my consumer rights. I have also explained that I am willing to pursue the matter at a small claims court, and escalate to trading standards for breech of legislation. I am waiting for a response to this.

Please don’t buy from this company as they will scam you if you need to return the item- even if it is their fault. What they are doing is illegal, and morally wrong. They clearly hope you’re ill informed of the law and will give up trying to pursue a refund, and bank your hard earned money for supplying items which are not sold as advertised. I’ll keep you updated on the outcome.

Ordered 2 flower girl dresses for my daughter, quality is great and looked exactly like the pictures. Sizing was slightly larger than expected so will need taking in but for the price, I can't complain!

I ordered two bridesmaid dresses to try them on and choose one. The one I chose was way too long because I’m not tall, so I wanted to return them to order one with my personnal measures. I contacted their customer service and Assia was very helpful. My new dress is already on her way, and the quality is great !

Babaroni agreed to supply.
Received
Tried on requested to return went through website states email them for returns address.
Emailed 3 days ago no response received.
Currently being forced to keep items with no opportunity for refund or return of items.
If I had known would have not used company.

Recently purchased three bridesmaid dresses in three different styles & colours after purchasing swatches first. After reviewing the returns policy, we decided to do made to measure dresses (FOC) for our bridesmaids - one of whom is 13 so we did add an inch to each of her measurements with the intention we will get a seamstress, if needed, to adjust her dress nearer the wedding.

Dresses arrived incredibly quickly (especially for December!) & are beautiful in colour and quality. Unfortunately one of our dresses had a pull across the front & we didn't realise straight away as she doesn't live local and didn't try her dress on until Christmas Day. I contacted customer services via email and Assia has been incredible with her communication & solutions to rectify the matter without any fuss! :)

Wanted to return, I lost the tracking number from royal mail which is a whole other issue meaning I ate all the cost, plus the postage which they won't refund you which is crazy expensive as it's from China, severely disappointed with the quality of the material for the extortionate price (£85!) of the dress and didn't look like the pictures. Will always shop from Vinted rather than new from now on.

I have bought 3 dresses from this website at various times and I understand there can be a change in batches ect however when discussing with customer services they were fantastic and rectified this issue for me with ease! Would recommend this website to family and friends in future also!
