I was nervous about ordering as obviously from China and had previous bad experiences with ordering clothes from China.
However this was not the same experience.
I ordered lots of swatches and loved the style of dress for my 2 bridesmaids I went for it.
Had several email exchanges and an online chat which was brilliant!
Dresses arrived early and are fabulous although at first I had a panic but realised they were inside out!!!😂
My bridesmaids are thrilled. They fit perfectly and they said they are so comfortable.

Ordered 3 dresses from here for my bridesmaids, dresses arrived and although are beautiful dresses unfortunately they don’t fit. Contacted the after sales team as they don’t have a returns option on their website and they were reluctant to let me return them. Offered me £80 to take them to a seamstress, lovely gesture but the dresses are too small. They eventually sent me their return address, however, it’s going to cost me £70 to return to China. These dresses didn’t get shipped from China they have a London based factory but won’t give it to you as they insist they need returning to China for quality checks.
They also take 10% off each dress that needs to be returned so you are even more out of pocket.

Horrible experience. Contacted multiple times to return a dress that was never worn, just simply didn’t fit. Quality I revived wasn’t good and customer service even worse. I just want my money back and attempt to replace the dress.

Babaroni customer service is amazing! Really quick at replying and so helpful! The dresses themselves are really good quality, the quality of the material is amazing and the make of them are really flattering. So happy with the bridesmaid dresses i have received.

Amazing customer support, had to return dresses due to small size And reorder. I needed the new dresses ASAP so I contacted customer support who responded swiftly and reassured me they would send The dresses as a priority, which they did

AVOID at all costs, customer service is terrible, I bought 4 Bridesmaids dresses all different from here, one arrived with pockets, we looked at the detail of the dress and nowhere to be seen are pockets!! The bridesmaid contacted Babaroni to be told the dress shouldn’t have pockets, well we knew this. I contacted them also after and said I wanted to return the dress as it has pockets, I shouldn’t have to pay the delivery or the restocking fee which is a joke anyway, they are telling me you can see in the picture it has pockets, well to me it should be detailed. Customer services are so unhelpful, I understand the time difference but one email at 2am where I stayed up hoping we might get somewhere and I messaged on Instagram for the person to tell me it is due to jet lag????? They were very rude telling me can I not calculate the time difference. They also told us to go and get the pockets taken out ourselves - why should we have to pay out and do this? The dress should come as stated. I would highly advise not to purchase from them at all costs, they do not care.

I ordered 7 dresses from Babaroni for my bridesmaids at my wedding. All 7 dresses were different styles but the same colour and I was so impressed with each dress. I ordered them all custom fit as well and the sizing was spot on. Delivery was fast considering they were made to order and I believe came from China. I did have to contact customer services a couple of times throughout the process to ask various questions and they were always very helpful and accommodating just what I needed. I have recommended them to lots of people who had weddings coming up, they were just fantastic quality and the colour I ordered was sage green which was a beautiful colour.

This is not a review but a question. Can anyone please tell me the true color of the "dusk" satin and velvet bridesmaids dresses? The color swatch comes in just chiffon and is MUCH darker than the images of the dusk dresses online. Can anyone provide pictures or input on which color dusk actually turns out to be when ordered/in person?

I was abit dubious about ordering online when none of my friends have before but the dresses looked incredible, so much so I placed another order for my sisters bridesmaids! I believe they came a few days earlier than expected and I absolutely love the fact that they all came with individual storage bags which has saved me more expenses in purchasing one to store my dress. The fabric, quality and fit were perfect I cannot wait to wear it.

This company is a scam! Please avoid!!

My mum gets married in a couple of weeks, and we’ve really struggled with finding purple bridesmaid dresses. We’ve ordered 2 different dresses from other websites before now, and we didn’t like them, so tried here instead.

She’s spent over £200 on 2 dresses, to not receive any proof of purchase (step one of the scam). A receipt is basically the proof of a contract made between a business and it’s customer, and should be sent immediately after purchasing. This is shocking service from a ‘company’. The money has left her account, but again, no proof that the order has been made, and no update on when and if the dresses will arrive with us.

We have reported this to the company who have not even had the decency to put her mind at ease. This is meant to be one of the most exciting times of a person’s life, but con artists like these guys just take advantage!! We have also reported to the bank, but not sure how much help they will be.

I work within the legal industry and will be pursuing this further, if a conclusion is not reached!

The dresses are a lovely material/quality and the colour is true to the swatches. I had an issue with one bridesmaid dress as she was pregnant when ordered and then once she tried it on it was too small. I was very worried as wedding is only 5 weeks away but they gave me a free shipping code, and have advanced my delivery so I do not have to worry. They also understood that she could not try the dress on while pregnant and will let me return the dress outside the return date. Wonderful customer service they are a credit to the company. They have told me to let them know if I need anything else too.

Je mets une étoile car je ne peux pas en mettre zéro ! Commande faite le 6 mai pour un mariage prévu le 31 juillet... La robe devait arriver le 9 juin, elle n'est jamais arrivée, on me fait tourner en bourrique me promettant un remboursement depuis le mois de juin, on me demande la confirmation de ma CB par exemple et au final nous sommes le 12 août et on me dit qu'on ne va pas pouvoir me rembourser.... C'est honteux ! A fuire ! Ce site n'est absolument pas fiable. Lors de la livraison, ils n'avaient pas transmis ma bonne adresse e mail ni mon bon numéro de téléphone à Colissimo, ils envoient des mails dans un François douteux et disent n'importe quoi.

Wow what can I say. I was worried when first ordering due to some reviews. I was so wrong!. So I ordered 4 Bridesmaids Dresses from here. One did not fit my Bridesmaids( to small) now I'm not sure if our measurements where not correct. (Advice order bigger)
So I decided due to short time scales returning might be cutting it fine.
I decided to get dress altered, I then had issue of not being able to find the exact fabric/lace/colour.
I contacted Customer service and Wow the continuous support and prompt replies has been 5 star Standard. They gave me several options, and I opted for deliver of fabric/lace.
They have communicated with me throughout and offered to have material Shipped for me free of Charge.
I am currently waiting for the delivery, but I have full confidence this will arrive in time scale communicated to me.
Definitely order from this site. If you can I would always suggest custom size or one size bigger, as this can be taken in.

Update- I have looked through my statement going back to when you apparently refunded me and I have definitely not received a refund. It's an insult to imply that I am telling lies. When from day one you have taken money from my account with nothing to show for it no dress and now refund. How can you even suggest you are honest?!!!

Update- How many more lies are you going to tell? I can provide statements which show no signs of a refund from your company!!!!

Update- I never received my order from this company. Customer Service emailed me saying they would give me a full refund and surprise yet again they have lied. It is now over two weeks and I never received a refund or the dress! Also requested for me to take down my review to improve the company ratings!!! This has been ongoing now for over 3 Months!!!

I was very concerned ordering something so special from far far away and having read some bad reviews but decided to give it a go. I ordered two bridesmaid dresses and gave them 4 months timeframe so guessed would get them in plenty of time. Having been told about Asian sizes are totally different to English I decided to pay for extra and had them customised to the sizes of my bridesmaids. I even ordered a little bigger in case they needed altering as was told the hems are very small so best to have bigger sizes so there is material to use. I have been in constant communication with Assia and have been kept up to date with what is happening and they have answered my emails following on from my questions I have had through the process. The dresses did not arrive to me on the day I was told, probably 5 days later as they did take a few days from arriving at Heathrow to actually being delivered to my address but again was kept up to date with timings and given a tracking number and web site which worked. The dresses are beautiful and as thought a little big and need to be altered which I am fine about, but I have been told that if I get them altered, show them the invoice they will reimburse some of my costs which I think is brilliant service. I am so happy with the service that next year I need a Prom dress for my daughter and I will definitely be heading back to get that dress. I ordered a dress from this company as did the three other bridesmaids in our wedding party. All dresses arrived on time however they were all extremely small. I ordered based on the size chart on the website but on measuring the waist of the dress it was 3 inches smaller than advertised. Two of the other bridesmaids then ordered another dress in a size up which was also extremely small.
As the wedding was approaching we decided we didn't have enough time to order yet another size in case they didn't fit so we asked to return the dresses and ordered from an actual UK website rather than a .co.uk site which is actually based in China. We were discouraged from returning the dress and told we would get more money back by selling them on eBay. After four further emails with customer service (they use an email hosting service in the US which is why most review sites say they are based there) they finally agreed to a refund but I would need to pay the shipping fee and they would charge a 10% restocking fee.

I paid over £25 to return the dress and it arrived in Shanghai on 27th March. I finally received my refund over 2 months later but only on the basis that I remove this bad review first which apparently is 'company policy' and not blackmail. That is why there are very few bad reviews for this company, I would not have received my money back had I not deleted my review (I only agreed to 'provisionally' delete it so it is back up again).

The company is very misleading and they don't give out any details about the company apart from the return address, which is a factory office building in Shanghai. I have asked for the name of a member of staff or manager who I can make a complaint to as I cannot find any details online. I was told they would pass on my request but I have not heard back from a manager. The factory address is also the return address for Babaroni.co.uk, Babaroni.com, Babaroni.FR, Dunali.com, Duntery.uk all have the same room number in the building.

The reviews on their websites appear to be fake. On the UK Babaroni site there is a 5 star review from 'Fanny' with a photo and the same photo can be found on their US site under the name 'Lisa'. I have investigated other reviews and found the same thing. I was told this is because a number of bridesmaids from the same wedding party have each posted a review which seems unlikely.

With the company being abroad (China) and not based within the United Kingdom, I was somewhat sceptical however they were the only company that had a large array of lilac bridesmaids dresses. Despite being sceptical, I went ahead and took the risk. The dresses arrived on time and were well packaged. I was overwhelmed with the quality of the dresses and the colour was absolutely perfect. Very well made and I was very impressed. Sadly I had to return a couple due to them not fitting. I was aware in advance there is a 10% restocking free to return dresses. I was aware of this prior to ordering so therefore there was no issue. Royal mail sadly took a long time to return the dresses however Barbaroni very kindly processed the refund prior to them even receiving the dresses. This in my opinion is above and beyond and great customer service as I don’t know how many companies, if any, would do this! They replied promptly to all my emails. I was very impressed and would definitely order again. Thank you!

This company has caused great heartache to my friend, her Dad passed in November 21, plus her younger uncle in Aug 21, her brother is getting married on 11/6/22, she order her bridesmaids dress on 9/5/22, not only have they not sent her goods, they have taken her money, which is Fraud. She has emailed the company several times, not one reply, just been ignored. They are a sham, not based in UK as stated, it is in China, their mission statement, good customer service, first class delivery, answer all emails is rubbish. This company is a disgrace. My friend has just looked at her spam folder no refund, no forwarding emails, lies after lies, do not trust this company, rubbish about Facebook private group, can only join it if you are nice to the so called Sham Company.
