Thanks to the Barretts team for changing my Summer/Winter tyres. Angela on Customer Services especially was a great liaison with the workshop to ensure the storage of my Summer tyres for a further period, very helpful and cheerful person and I appreciated her assistance.

Great service from the moment I arrived until I left the staff were very helpful. Even managing to sort out some technical issues between my phone and the I drive system which for two years I hadn’t managed to get sorted. I highly recommend Barrats BMW and will now use them in future over my nearer BMW retailer.

Car was booked in for warranty repairs and MOT and all was done to timetable and Mark in Service was very good at keeping in touch with updates. Would give him the 4stars. Car was picked up and delivered which was helpful and brought back nice and clean and all working etc.

Ashford are clueless when asked a question about thier cars, and really lack customer service skills.. by all accounts they dont need customers who have purchased a car from another dealer!!
