My eye test was very thorough and the procedure was explained at each stage. I was treated with respect and all the staff were most helpful.
Following my eye test, I was given a hearing test, so I only needed 1 visit.

Excellent customer service
I recently visited for an audiology test and ear wax removal and was very impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and put me at ease. The service was excellent — everything was explained clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect at each stage of the procedure. The audiologist took the time to answer my questions and provided helpful, informative advice about my hearing health. The whole process was carried out professionally and with great care, leaving me feeling reassured and well looked after. Highly recommended.

Excellent and prompt service. I was concerned about my eye feeling…
I was concerned about my eye feeling sore and uncomfortable and asked for an appointment. I saw an optician within a couple of hours, who gave my eye a thorough examination, advised and reassured me. I was able to purchase the drops needed (at a discount as I am a member of the Bayfields scheme).
