I've been with Betdaq for a very long time, and I find them generally ok. However, I don't use them anywhere near as much as I'd like to because their website gives me continual problems. It's always locking up and hanging. I've tried several things - including clearing the cache - but nothing works and I generally just go elsewhere.

This is the worst betting app I have ever used, constantly freezing, lagging, no depth of market, u can tilt your phone/tablet any which way you will still end up with just one price to back and one to lay, it is light years behind bet fair, a really poor customer experience

Shocking treatment to a long standing customer!!
Never ever had a problem with betdaq in 20 + yrs it’s an ok exchange..I deposit the 1st morning of Cheltenham and lo and behold my account is suspended then closed without any warnings or reasoning of why.?Except of course to the idiot you decided I had to go for doing precisely nothing untoward ..
