Swift response by Vicky to a request by me for a football match bet to be resolved, 4 days after it had been abandoned. Vicky was attentive, polite and effective. The issue was resolved within 15 minutes of the interaction with her, as she said it would be. Credit to her company.

Had an issue with a new payment method. Was dealt with via chat which was almost instant with a person to help. Vicky dealt with the issue quickly and patiently and refreshingly had some personality and humour. Keep up the good work.

Actually speaking to someone was a very pleasant change compared to when you call other customer services only to be given a menu of options. I only had to update some card details but was greeted by Vicky who was so helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic to help that it made the call a happy experience!
