Vicky was great help
Vicky was great help. I really need to get rid of Kroo account linked to my betdaq account. I had a large deposit sent to my Kroo account from a company I dealt with and Kroo wouldn't release the funds until I sent pictures of private invoicing data between myself and the company. They HAD TO GO and Vicky sorted it for my betdaq account
She was great.

The interface keeps freezing can't get bet on and you dont knowifvyou have got the bet on or not when its reloading very frustrating . Your cash out button is there but can never cash out when you click it useless really

Prompt resolution
To date I haven’t had much experience with BETDAQ but my request to take advantage of the 0% commission offer was resolved promptly. So very happy and plan to start using and will review once site has been used for a while.

I spoke with Vicky who was more than held and put my mind at ease. Couldn’t work out how to make a withdrawal properly and she went through the details with me perfectly.
Good customer service which I just couldn’t fault. If I could give 11 out of 10 I would. However, you only go up to 10 so 10 it is.
