Whilst the freezer works it is a B grade because there is a dent on the left side. I should have a discount for this. Customer service is abysmal.

Got told numerous of times my fridge/freezer was gonna be delivered day after day. Rang the company a couple of times to be told that it “hasn’t” left the warehouse. Ended up having to cancel the delivery because of multiple people saying it was gonna be delivered but didn’t turn up. I had the emails saying that it was delivered and that they attempted to deliver but nobody ever showed up

Ordering was easy , with next day delivery which is great when an old appliance is broken.
Unfortunately I did not receive any text the night before and had to call the company twice to confirm delivery time , it was much later than the time slot they advised

Kept us informed, and arrived within the allotted time. The driver was very pleasant and efficient . Overall very good service and delivery.

Well the washing machine was ok but the two that delivered and installed had no respect. They left us with no works manual, and thru the two of the stabilisers on the ground and left in a hurry.

I couldn't believe how quickly my order was processed and delivered. The efficiency was absolutely spot on. It was so quick I was unable to change my work rota so was not home when for the delivery, but I was called by the delivery driver before hand and was able to leave instructions that they followed to the t. 10/10

When buying my item. It said 2 to 4 working days for delivery. I waited 7 days and When my item came it was that damaged it couldn't be connected. So waited for replacement which took another 7 days. So been without cooker for 2 weeks. After sales service very friendly and helpful.

My Freezer is a good size bigger than what i expected. I am very happy.

I ordered a washing machine from beyond television, it had a manufacturers fault. I rang on Monday as soon as they opened, within two days they had collected the faulty one and delivered a new one. The washing machine is fantastic, works well, and customer services sorted the issue instantly.
I would highly recommend them, the ease of contacting customer services to get a new machine and their efficiency in expediting this made it stress free.
