Had a great experience, the staff were fantastic helped me save money on the policy that I took out, exceptional service from start to finish.

It was quick and easy. However the price online was different to the one I had through the call that came after and supposedly all the extras I clicked online wasn’t the actual price being presented. It should be clearer but I was in a rush so just agreed to pay £100 more.

Phoned customer help line as an existing customer to get a quotation on a different bike I am considering. Such a difficult process and the guy was unhelpful, referred me to a comparison site and was rude.

Willingness to research and provide the best deal.

I needed an agreed value policy on my bike I was quoted for it - I accepted the quote - they took my money. I then get a phone call a couple of days later to say they were not in fact going to honour the agreed value policy despite taking my money. Instead said they would refund the money after a number of days or I could pay a slightly less amount which would only cover an additional 25% above book. About as useful as a chocolate teapot. What a croc!!!

Called up and really helpful on the phone trying to get the best policy to suit me could not phone them will be happy to be using them again and when my van insurance is do I’ll be coming to them
